This thread is to support each other and help motivate us to keep climbing that hill.
AT least until we get to the place where the recliner is sitting and can take a much needed break.
Hoping we all have a good week.

Wow. Sounds like fun too! So nice to be able to move the legs and I think arms too if I recall correctly.

WM is a rough ride...the lights, movement, smells, noise. congrats for completing the mission.
TuTu..I wonder if there is a place like that too.
Stillwater..it is tricky trying to find out just how much to do and when so you don't crash.

Such a comfort to come to this thread. Helps me to focus on what I can do instead of the can't do's.

It was about 90 here today. I went to a greenhouse to pick out plants (will go back tomorrow).... and I was only there about 20 min. Did me in.
I just can't take the heat.
That is why I exercise INDOORS!!!! I did 40 laps and 12 min on the machine. Also saw my chiro this morning. He fixed a few things!!
Have a good weekend, everyone!!

Tutu - 90 is way too hot! hope it has cooled down today!
Kam - I know you would be so proud of me. I cleaned like CRAZY this past few days - like washed drapes, sheets, clothes, rugs, then cleaned kitchen, microwave, fridge, bathroom, floors , under bed, in closet. Yes it was a total overhaul.
I think I overdid it for sure because I have been feeling horrible but this too shall pass.
Getting PICC line in on Tuesday morning so I was trying to do as much heavy duty stuff before then- my parents are going to visit me next weekend so also wanted to make the place respectable!
Of course in one week I am sure I will have dust bunnies again... vicious cycle but for now my place feels soo clean and good!

Wow, penguin!! Good job!! Wish you had the energy to do it again... OVER HERE!!!
It's still hot today... not sure what the temp is .. probably about the same or hotter. Should be in upper 80's this week.
I did get some plants planted yesterday. My husband helped me plant heather, copper plants and baby zinnias. Just in some pots for the porch. Looks nice.

I walk him EVERY single day that I can (weather permitting), no matter how I feel. We went an extra long way today, as it is gorgeous out there. He is a senior citizen now, and I feel like one, so we make a perfect pair. lol
I once told my doc, that if not for my dog, I would NEVER get off the couch, and some days ARE like that. lol
Going to fold laundry now: does that count as exercise?

Hopesalive....it is the same with me...if it were not for Rosie I would not get out of the house as much.
Need to get up and get her out to toilet now..most likely using power chair this am...but at least I am moving the body and getting out of the apartment.
Need to take it slow as dizzy this am and off balance...need a v8 (remember those old commercials...to bad V8 doesn't help. HA!
Yes folding laundry counts too...that is moving the body too..i have two baskets of laundry tht have been waiting for some time to be put away..we do what we can when we can...god when we can get the job done.
penguin girl...that must have felt great to get things cleaned up.
Not sure what the temp is expected to be this week. Windows are opne now and it feels nice out at 6 am.
Starting new thread for this week now
