neither, it was directly quoted from huffington post above,
is it a joke ?

I only posted it as a repeat for many seem to be lost as to what to do with a tick in hand,
most coumminity health depts should be able to forward testing...

Payne, the thing you're missing, I think, is that Stonybrook is associated with the BAD Lyme doctors. I think that's why Lymetoo thought it seemed like either an advertisement from the corrupt side, or a joke from people who understand the controversy.

I might be wrong, though.

Igenex does a little better job .. but tick testing is no better than human testing. I found out the hard way.

Lymetoo, do you happen to know the accuracy rates of tick testing?

I've been thinking of sending my future ticks in for testing, but if the tests aren't accurate then I wouldn't want to waste my money.
