I had that it was going to air tomorrow, June 27th at 9 pm but it seems to be off their schedule now. Still showing on Verizon but not on NJN website.
This really stinks of them. Glad I planned on donating only after it aired.
[email protected] is what I have been using too. I always get an auto-reply and the next business day a real one.

I know the IDSA says that the film is old because of the anti-trust stuff...but doesn`t the latest edition say at the end the outcome of the review of the guidelines just like it updates all the stories

Here is the response I got. Can someone please translate this for me? I didn't understand anything:
quote: Due to breaking news covering the Senate and/or Assembly hearings on items affecting New Jersey's fiscal year 2012 budget, Under Our Skin was pre-empted from our broadcast schedule. And because of NJN's current situation with regard to a transition process, programming has not been scheduled beyond June 30 to provide an alternate date for air. We do recognize that this is a very important issue for many of our viewers and hope NJN will continue so this program can be re-scheduled in the near future. We invite you to share your comments publicly on related stories on our news website at: http://www.njn.net/news/ Should you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to contact us again. We always appreciate hearing from our members, listeners, and viewers. Have a wonderful day!

The breaking news has to do with Governor Christie trying to get rid of NJN as part of his reduced budget. They are meeting tonight about it and NJN wants to cover the story I guess. ?

When you click on Tincup's link, if you enter "Lyme" in the search box this is one thing that pops up:
Target New Jersey - Lyme Disease: In Our Own Back Yard (1991)
1 hour program - Lyme disease is an elusive and deceptive sickness. Spread by deer ticks, it is a disease that can be contracted year-round, and its symptoms resemble a variety of other diseases. Target New Jersey examines Lyme disease, to better understand the risks associated with this sickness, by looking at what Lyme disease is and how it is treated. Price: $24.95
So in 1991 - 20 YEARS AGO! - Lyme was defined as "an elusive and deceptive sickness" - ???
What the he11?

Hi, I beleive NJN was almost bought by WNET which is a New York station, but was vetoed at the last minute. As it is a NJ station, they did not want a NY influence in what they can show. It is true that Gov. Christie is trying to sell the station or cut its budget so they cannot operate.
I do beleive NJN has probably delayed the showing due the hearing with Gov Christie and the real possibly of having no funding after June 30th.
I don't beleive they pulled it because of pressure from ISDA. If you live in NJ and watch NJN you pretty much know their programming is very varied and sometimes political.
They are fighting for their broadcast lives right now. Has been in the NJ papers for weeks. Grace

When I left PBS two years ago it was $38,000.00 for 1/2 hour program. Under Our Skin is how long? They need to recoup that cost, and then make money from you the public also who are watching.
There is no money going into to public TV anymore. That is why I lost my job. If lymies and their friends do not support with $$$, they will take it off the schedule and put something that is supported on. It is not prejudice, it is dollars and cents.

Well if "lymies" (I deplore that word) weren't swimming in debt from uncovered medical expenses while simultaneously trying to maintain a roof over their heads and putting food on the table for their families, there would be a hell of a lot more money flowing into non-profit organizations designed to help those suffering from tick-borne disease and their families.
I feel for anyone who has lost a job in this economy. But count your blessings if you have the gift of health.
Imagine what it's like to lose a job when you have a sick spouse and/or sick kids and the vast majority of medical expenses are out of pocket.
And every month when that mortgage/tax/utility bill comes in, you wonder if it's the last month you'll be able to pay.
Just seeing in black and white that 20 years ago Lyme was defined as "an elusive and deceptive sickness" makes me sick.
How many of us wouldn't be here on this site if that was taken seriously in 1991? How many of our kids could have been spared the devastation and suffering?
Like I said, what the he11?

Alana, I saw that kind of descriptive in their early papers as well - they retracted it shortly before their efforts to create a vaccine. Terrible, isn't it? Complete lack of medical ethics.

A year ago I asked Netflix to find UOS. They finally did and you can see it on instant playback.
