Also I follow Dr. Steere's twitter updates, but you need a personal invite to read those. Here's what he wrote this morning: Steere: I just told 2 more Lyme patients that they have RA. LOL! Money in the bank, baby... money in the bank.

LOL James. I am reading a really trashy mystery about lyme, bad (but somehow a guilty good book) who's character is based not too loosely on steere. Called "Over The Edge." Actually, much of the book is activist in nature...it's the story line is a bit trashy...
Comes up when you search amazon for Lyme disease. I needed a little escape from all the science and protocols.

Kudzu - I'm reading the same book! I was a little embarrassed to admit it. Some people really like that book, though, as evidenced by the reviews.
I'm just at the beginning, but the part I really like is when she clearly describes the Lyme symptoms from a first-person viewpoint. I could totally relate to her when she was describing the leg weakness.
