Can I ever get back to a normal life again? I was bit around 4th of july 2011..

Getting a little depressed over all of this..

damm I could go for a few beers right about now, but I don't think that would be a good idea being on ceftin..

little over 4 months give or take a week.. The quacks I seen early on had me on all kinds of antibodies biaxin, cipro and a few others & some had me on antibodies with steriods along the way. Went to see a ENT also he cleaned out my left ear but says "you don't have lyme let me do surgery if you don't get better on the ceftin in 8 weeks" all this while I had symptoms of lyme.. go fig...
I don't think i'm gonna see him in his office again..

(beers) I had a few inbetween doctors right after cipro, hangover lasted 4-5 days with head fog, couldn't think clear with loss of words. That was my last call and I can still taste that last one going down. [bonk]

outerspace how long untill you started antibodies?

30 different supplements, what ones?
I'm only on ceftin right now about a month also, can't take doxy because I had a problem with tetro before. So far seems to be holding off some of the symptoms. But as the doc says time, but I'm not the patience type "wink".. I really hope things take a turn for you...

Cracker,
I take so many supplements it's hard to list them all here. But yes ask her about diet, probiotics, and regulating your hormones based on your bloodwork.

Lyme has depleted my adrenals and has lifted my estrogen 5 times where a normal mans is . And that isn't uncommon.

Sounds like you are going to have to change up lifestyle. I did, it stunk at first but you'll get used to it.

Thanks for the tips. I think anything is better than what I'm going thru, so my change in lifestyle has already started..

I've been ill since late 2007. I personally feel I'll never be well again. I've seen zero hope at the end of the tunnel. [Frown]

Kinda late for that. The 2nd quack I went and seen gave me MethylPREDNISolone 21 tabs each. Then when I didn't heal up that 2nd quack gave me cipro, Neomycin/polymyxin-hc otic ear drops, its hydrocortisone, and also xanax that trip.. Only thing that helped me was the xanax.. Quack #4 gave me another steroid "flonase"

Life really sucks right about now, I feel like there is a clob of crap in my neck but yet I've been on abx for almost a month now. There shouldn't be anything in me by now. WTF!
