- Be sure to remember Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc & Fish Oil.
Adrenal support, too. These can help prevent escalation of harsh moods.
Massage & Tai Chi, too. They seems to move the sadness and anger on out of the body. Release with control is good. -

thats great Keebler Dr & in ^^&& my LLMD told me magnesium was a metal that could not form biofilm, I thought otherwise, long before LD have had 7 bone spurs near spinal cord sac, 30 % chance of blindness for surgery, no thanks, didnt spend 5 K on Lasik to lose sight. heard mag could erode the spurs. dasani water puts mag in their water. knew the head ache thing. need to find a good masseuse and have the Tai chi thing covered sort of, few friends are former fighters, boxers, Toughman, MMA, so they got plans for me. no head shots though, at6ft7 had about 14 concussions over the last 15 yrs or so, used to avg 9 to 15 "migraines" a month.
