I'd been asking around a certain mountain area about people having been or being sick and what the clinic/newspaper/and health dept.know.... nothing./ blamed it all on elsewhere etc

I know there is a sick person, has been for over a year, after 10 doctor's, his wife and friends had to guess what it was,,
Test was way positive..

This is one they can't blame on New York, N>J>

He hasn't been any where else in 10 years.

They said it's the first time they HAVE to report it in 30 years.

This is after I heard of 5 people ill with LD.around this area.

Newspaper said to write letter to editor and see if others are out there....

I know his wife well, he got hit with neuro bad.

Is starting treatment..No insurance .no $$$$$

I'm so sorry he has to go through this,,but 30 years...how dense can these people be???

rough day, so good luck with spelling, typo's etc.

I did get out of house for first time in 5 weeks that wasn't a doctor's appt.. [Cool]

A friend of mine was bitten in Steamboat when he was visiting from NY several years ago.

He had the bull's eye rash, Bell's Palsy, swollen joints, the whole nine yards. He was treated in NY, so I guess it wasn't reported here.

He's doing pretty well. Occasional joint flares, but otherwise okay.
