Note that he is a reviewer for NIH. That explains a lot, doesn't it?

- Well, PBS crumbled to the IDSA last year for the most part when then many of the PBS stations pulled out all together or pushed lone airings of "Under Our Skin" to 3 a.m. (a few did air it at good times but relatively few) . . .
and it was free to every PBS station - they did not have to pay to air - and could have aired UOS as often as they liked. But, for most of the PBS affiliates, they kept UOS in the dark.
So, it's no suprise if NPR also crumbles to the IDSA. They truly think they are getting an expert but have failed at their homework. -

Lord have mercy! That is depressing. I expect more from NPR. but then, how many media outlets publish the truth? Hardly any.
We contribute to NPR, so I will have to comment for sure. that just isn't acceptable.

Our local NPR station has been running irresponsible reporting about Lyme. Fortunately, people have been literally calling them on it - calling in locally produced shows, etc. The comments after stories are also pretty telling.
