The car that a friend gave to me so I can drive the 3 miles to the forest and let Rosie get her exercise.
This morning I stayed in the car while she ran.
I also am thankful for the lift that was recently provided and the tires so I can now transport my power chair when health allows.
I also am thankful for the kindness of strangers. A lady is driving me down the hill to see my primary doc next week.
She was the one who drove me down the hill to get the lift installed. She is OK with quiet, drives smoothly, doesn't wear chemical smells around me and I feel safe with her.
Thankful for another friend in CA who is faxing the information for Dr. B's presentation this weekend to my primary doc.
Praying she is able to attend and will be able to help me this year. I only saw her twice the last insurance year.
Thankful I am no longer waking up with the head stuff.
And health is slowly improving.
And for world peace. HA!
Yes. Thankful for my lymenet family and this computer that helps me stay connected to people in a way that is do able health wise.

I also was thinking how nice it is to see posts on FB about how much wives appreciate their husbands and why and visa versa.
I was thinking about how when I was a single parent, I had too many people coming to my home complaining about their spouses.
So, it was great to come here and read the good stuff .

I'm also thankful for a new friendship.

Funny, I was just thinking how grateful I was this morning as I lay in my nice comfy bed.
I was warm and grateful for a place to live without threat of break ins or other issues.
I try to think of things I am grateful for every day.
One of my Drs told me to find the beauty in every day. It helps if I do this.
Yesterday was the beauty of my two adorable grandson that spent the evening with us. They bring such joy to my life.

I am thankful for the lady who is going to drive me down the hill to see my primary doc tomorrow and for the lift on my car so I can bring my power chair and for the $40 I found in my wallet so I will have gas money.
I am thankful the weather is cooler now. And for the commputer that is next to my bed and for the junior high teacher who taught me to use the keyboard and I can still think via the keyboard for short periods of time.
I am thankful for the keurig coffee maker that I finally charged on my Walmart Credit card(although I am not thankful for the payments...that cuts into food money)
But, at least I am now getting liquids in me after years of drinking water and still being dehydrated.
Green tea so far and a cup of coffee in the am.
I am thankful I was able to get dressed this am and drive Rosie out to the forest area and let her run while I drove.
And I tried to clean the two side windows on the inside while I was out.
Resting now. Discombabbled. Hoping to be able to do more.

I know she vacuumed. Getting up now to see how the food situation looks.
I had requested she make egg salad, cut up carrots, and make GF spagetti and put it into seperate containers so I can just put it in the microwave.
Thankful for the maintenance man here at the apartments too.
I am use to owning my own home. But, renting has advantages.
New refrig is freezing food. My brain has been in too much of a fog to figure out why so finally able to let him know about it.
Old frig was freezign food too even on the lowest temp.```````````````````````````````
And he put a new thingamajig on the kitchen faucet.
Thankful for the ice packs that a cyber lyme friend sent. I used them all day yesterday on my brain.
need to get up and get them out of frig again today as brain is hurting.

surprise and soccer mom...yahoo Fun to read
Hugs to my cyber lyme friend tutu
I really need this thread this am...in the dumps. Need to focus on the positives or can do's.
Able to take Easy Boy Power chair to lab and get lab work done that I got the paper work for on Monday.
I was in a fog and not knew something was wroing but not sure what. When I got inside and stopped moving in the power chair I figured one of the things wrong was my body temp.
Once I started warming up a bit I started feeling better...but still in a fog this am and other things.
Resting now...then ?
One thing I am thankful for is that I have two power chairs. One is not workign right now.
So grateful I have two. The one that is not working is the one that I am able to load on my lift and transport somewhere and the one I use indoors.
The one that is working is the one I can use outdoors and not indoors as it is too large and I can't load it on my lift on the back of the car.
So, around the block I go in it to toilet Rosie.
Going to check weather report next. I think it is supposed to start cooling down now during the day.
I hope so.
