The symptom that is the most difficult for me is when the brain flares up or becomes inflamed or whatever is going on.
I woke this am to the start of it. I have ice packs on my brain , the hot and cold stuff is starting all ready too.
Praying it does not get to the point where I am throwing up and can't keep anyghitn dodwn, can't move, can't hold my bowels. Praying it lets up.
It scares me. I go to this place where I think death would be better than this but I am too sick to do anything about it.
Need to be well enough to get Rosie out to toilet.

Kam...I think of you often. I have to say that I admire you for your fortitude and the way you handle your life with grace and maturity.
I know that these brain flares of yours are really rough...you have talked of them before.
I will certainly continue to pray for you...that the Lord gives you the strength to endure and mercy for a quick resolution.
Keep us posted as you can...I know that you get in a dark place with these...let us know so we can lift you up.

Made it thru yesterday...in and out of consciouness (SP)
Took sleeping med combo and it did stay down. Slept until the early morning 3 or 4 am so that is good.
Hoping it is gone but time will tell. Just really weak right now and moving the body is not a good idea.
I find it better if I can take Rosie out myself in the power cahir even thou I am feeling very green and sick.
It makes it worse for people to come in and take her out...need to find someone who is quiet and doens't ocme in like a bull in a china shop and want to ask me a lot of questions.
I also need to find someone that I can send an eamil to as talking is out when I am like this
Trying to figure out what trigger this. I had been doing pretty good.
I did have a small piece of fudget that someone left out on the table upstairs....which was not a good idea...I usually avoid sugar...and the fudget was really lousy..taste like sugary syrup..no chocolate taste to it.
And I did eat a tuna salad and cracer thing that a friend left .....I usually stick to gluten free and this was not GF
I did over do it on Friday...but since the brain didd not flare until Sunday...nto sure if that is a trigger.
Need to stop now....brain is still being weird.
Only a few thoughts of ending things this time...but had to really fight the violent thoughts of other things and negative thinking...had to fight to keep positive thoughts in my head.
WWeird how my brain goes to such a vilent place when this hits.

dehydration is also something that is a constant problem.
I get dehydrated very easily.
I find that lemon and salt drink help when health is doing welll enough to make it.

Kam, I used to get what you describe about a year ago.
I would have this feeling of it creeping up on me.
I would try to keep control and then all of a sudden I was thinking crazy thoughts, thought it would kill me, I would cry and carry on and end up in the emergency room.
I would lay there for 4-5 hour under observation, they would tell me they didn't know what to do and send me home.
I felt so powerless and a bit ashamed for acting out.
BUT, it is real and it does hurt and make a person feel unbalanced.
If you ever need to email and vent please feel free to send me a PM.
I don't know what made my head better, but I don't get those attacks anymore.
I think detoxing and getting a FIR sauna helped a lot.

I get head pressure but only when I'm doing too many things around the house or walking on the treadmill. I find that going gluten-free and dairy free helps with a lot.

Do you take Vitamin C? Or tumeric/curcumin? Both can be helpful to alleviate inflammation.
Praying for you Kam!
