Yes you can. I bought it. It took a month and a reminder email for them to send it but I got it. I'm half tempted to put it on youtube since the filmmakers seem intent on not distributing it but of course I won't.

I have no idea why it's so hard to find. I guess they got paid off..which would probably help raise his sister's child.

It's not massively controversial. It goes into a bit more detail about germ warfare/environmental toxins...but nothing that we don't already know about.

I would gladly pay a few bucks to watch it online, on Mubi for example...but I don't think I'd pay another $25 for it again.

Timothy Grey is very active on Facebook. He posts all the time links to buy the DVD on there. He also does a great deal of activism in the Lyme community; rallies and protests, etc.
