i cant remember when i stood up that long (about an hr)-more with shower and dressing etc

it just felt so good to be able to move. mostly i walked different ways in the water...and a few other exercises.

i did feel my pain enough to know it was real and i wasnt imaginging it...but im not hurting much...just so happy i got to move.

i have a love/hate relationship with recliners and wheelchairs

I hear ya!!! I hate sitting on my butt all day!!! I may have to go back to PT for my back again too. Gotta rehabilitate.

I sure hope this helps you!!

When I thought about doing this the other day, I remembered how badly I reacted to the chlorine. How is that going for you?

today was ok. in the past i have had problems...but not serious and not right away. im not sure if this pool has chlorine-there are other products now.

i think i will be ok if i shower good after and the showers are great-hot, have seats and plenty of room....

Yes, I always showered immediately. Our place did not have seats.

the night after i did wake up with knee pain in both knees and shoulder pain in the one i failed PT on.

it was only the first time and the PT said to write down exactly how i feel for 24 hrs so she knows how to change it up next time.

i have done this b4-it doesnt hurt when i do it but then does later

when i got up today i was standing straighter already-so i have hope...

im thinking of getting a short haircut to make it easier in the lockerromm
