This short video is very well done. Please share where ever you can.
Dr Prato also talks about how the CDC criteria for Lyme diagnosis makes diagnosis very difficult, and how Lyme may be mistakenly diagnosed as many other illnesses.

He covered quite a few areas in a short time and quite well.
Thanks Dekrator.

Can't open it here so will go to the library to watch. I can't wait for the day when people will know that fibro = Lyme.

I spent a week at the beach and bought some sea salt bath salts from a vendor. She said that a woman who has fibromyalgia came in a lot to buy her "detox salts" (has rosemary and other soothing herbs in it.) I told her the majority of fibro sufferers are lyme sufferers. I left open the possibility that fibro could be caused by other things, but at least she (vendor) got to hear something new. Maybe she can pass this info on. I am hoping.

I had Fibro, now years later it is discovered, through blood tests, what we thought was Fibro is really Lyme.
LLMD says most Fibro is Lyme.
- Same here.

As for the info on the video.. he showed the side-by-side list of symptoms for each illness. Well, back when I was dxd with FM in 1980 there were only a FEW symptoms on the FM list.
(and FM has been around for about 50 yrs or more .. they used to call it fibrositis)
They have added and added and added to that list as the years have gone by. They just make it up as they go.
The symptoms I remember being on that list were basically these:

young gal in my Vet's office, she handles animals, has all the symptoms of Lyme, I've talked to her about Lyme a few times and told her of the controversy in Texas and treatment options. She's been sticking to some Rhemos she sees in her ins plan, says it's "Fibromyalgia",, Just saw her again and she maintains she doesn't have time to see the LD Drs I've recommended, I reminded her Dr F in LA found that 80 percent of his sick fibromyalgia and fatigue patients were actually infected with Lyme and improved with meds, etc. ive done what I can to help this young life!! Why don't they ever listen and investigate themselves as opposed to trusting the Rhemos which is a pretty useless "ology". ...

I thought all Fibro was lyme or virus. Surprising to me that only 80% is.
I follow people on Twitter who have thousands of followers. They are all Rheumy's. I've talked to lots of them about lyme. Got through to one.
A lot of people think it's a cute little fraternity to be in, wouldn't be surprised if they enjoy having it in some sick way.....I think it's all lyme related.
