I had such a strange day. I felt so wired all day. It reminded me of when I used to be on prednisone. (Not for many years) I felt like I was talking faster than I could think. It was not a bad day. I got a lot done and we are very busy at work right now.
The only thing I did differently was I took a magnesium pill and an Alpha Lipoic Acid together at around 10am. I take them both sporadically all the time..but not together. Could that have given me so much energy? ( a very unusual thing for me)
For the most part it was a good day. I was in a good mood and energetic til the end of the day when one last approval process got me really stressed and then I came home and cried (and cried) . I've not had an emotional swing like this in months (maybe longer)
I'm pushing going back on abx til October. I know some symptoms are creeping back...
Think it's the buggers again...or just life?
Thanks for letting me whine. I know I am lucky as this disease goes...

Magnesium and Alpha lipoic acid are two of the things that the liver uses to make glutathione.
I found that Alpha lipoic acid upset my stomach. Then I found this product:
This combination did NOT upset my stomach, and I soon realized that the whole day went better went I took one of these twice per day. Read the reviews!
There are also a number of vendors on Amazon.

Thanks Carol. Wow. Lots of great reviews. I take a jarrow extended formula. No ALC. (jarrow magnesium optimizer too)
It does explain the energy though. I think I might have felt this way when I first started taking it... To help make glutathione. And possible neuropathy. I don't remember getting this rush though. But perhaps I have not taken it on longer than I think.
