Heartburn is really bad these days. Have tried so many things that haven't worked, maybe because of the hiatal hernia.
Need to get a wedge pillow but are usually made of foam and toxic. Can't go into bed, bath and beyond to even look at them because the store is so full of fragrance.
anyone know of a safe wedge pillow?

Build your own wedge by stacking the pillows in triangle formations. I do this myself, as I've found wedge pillows to be inadequate (I need to be propped up at a greater angle than what a wedge pillow enables).

I recently joined a N CA chem sensitivity online chat group. Pm me if you might be interested in signing up, and then you can get a lot of feedback, I think.
