I put diet in quotes because I don't mean weight loss... I mean a way of eating that makes you thrive.
For a long time, I was vegan... I thrived very well as far as my energy and how I felt, but I had a lot of stomach problems and a weight problem.
In an effort to lose weight, I tried paleo (which was a HUGE change from vegan!). I didn't really lose any weight, but my stomach woes were GONE completely! My inflammation has seemed to calm down a little too.
On the other hand, I feel sluggish, blah, bored and I just plain don't like it.
So I think I need something that's maybe somewhere in the middle?
So I'm just curious... what makes you thrive best?
