Typed this out once and lost it.

Left at 6 am. Got back at nooon.

Nice guy drove me.

All went smoothly and quickly for me.

Doc feed me yogurt and water....guessing my blood sugar was low when she poked it.

Gave office a uirn sample. NOt able to write my name on the cucp so just squibbleed.

I do that a lot altely.

Not able to speak in complete sentences while there and my hands were doing the shaking thing.

Doc mentioned me going to a care center. I told ehr I was trying to get Long Term Care so I could stay in my apartment.

She was not familar with the program. I told her I hoped they would be contacting her soon. I am in the finanacial stage of the program now.

They did that thing where they put sticky thing son hour heart. EKG I think.

She mentnioned an MRI and CT sacn. Said she would make the appointment and then call me.

I asked that she email me.

Typing this with eyse closed so not sure if it is going to make sense.

I have some lab work I need to get down.

I am hoping I can wait until the LOng TErm CAre is approved or I have a second insruance with the medicare before doing these things...if I can afford it.

I also need to sign up for medicare again but health has not been doing well enough to do so.

She also called nutramedix while I was there .

She said they would be calling me.

I hpe they listen to my msg and eamil me or I will email them when I am able.

HOping to get started on the Cowden Proteocl now.

But, also need student loans payment sto stop so I will have the funds to do the low income protocol.

The ball is rolling on that. Funds were taken out in Novemeber but hoping they are not in DEc while the decision is being made.

For now, I just plan on recoering from the trip.

I am done in but greatful health was able to make it down the hill and I had a nice driver.

I did mentioned the inflamation in the brain gettign worse.

I also mentioend Pots or OI.

It had been over a year since I was down there last.

Hoping I get approved for the long term care and am able to get down the hill at least twice a year of not 3 times or 4.

I told her about making plans to see a doctor who was lyme literate in the area but he died.

And that I did nto know until he died that he had lyme himself.

I still need to see a LLMD but need to come up with the funds to do so.

She is willing to work with a LLMD>

I realized that it is not oher office that kept me from going down the hill. It is myh low health and getting down the hill that is the issue.

I need to also head down the hill when the weahte ris cooler...so forget summer.

IT was actually good to see everyone in the office.

And it was great to see the Saguaro Cacti, teddy pear cacti and the big boulders.

They call that area down the hill a National Forest.

But, there are no trees so to speak...desert.

There were some people camping in the desert. No ammenties..just find a spot down a dirt road and set up camp.

So the ball is rolling again...hoping the treatment helps and I am approved for long term care.

If not, I most likely will need to move to a facility

I also told her about having trouble with swallowing and chewing and not getting enough food in me daily.

It is due to morrow but i sent an email letting them know my health has not bee well enough to get to the bank to get a copy of the statement.

Can't print it on line like I use to. That is antoher story...computer glitch..or virus program glitch

Other things to do are resend the email to the people who help enroll you in medicare and find plans

Then, get to the lab and hospital after either enrollment or approval for Long Term CAre...guessing the later.

I don't think I hve the funds for a co insurance

and I need to get food in the house. Going to send an email to a lady to see if she will go grocery shopping for me.

Yep. NO control over that.

Able to addres the envelope and sign papers for financial end of long term care and go to drive thru and get copy of october statement and get it in the mail.

Not able to read the process of getting long term care yet.

But, do have communicate via email with financial person so that is helping to keep the process going.

Need to eat now. And veg

Yep. Things have got to get better.

Rec'd email from nutramedix. I just need to call them and give them my debit card number and check to see if I have the funds in the acct.

Then, they will send me the first months' supply.

That's great news Kam about the progress you've made today!

You've accomplished more today than most of us can do in a week!

Huge high five [Smile]

Your pcp sounds like a nice doc.

I sure hope everything comes together with the paperwork for your long term care so you can stay in your apt

Best

I think it was a God thing for the guy that drove me down the hill....that is very unnerving not knowing who is going to take you to the doctor's

But, so far the kindneess of strangers has been brilliant and what I consider a god thing.

I wanted to add that I have had paper work in several times over the years to get the student loans cancelled.

They did not start taking out payments until I started getting SS income.

The paper work has been in again. This time I got a note that the payments will stop while I am in the process of getting approval or denial.

The payments did not stop for November. I am hoping they will stop for Dec.

But, I also owe back rent as I fell through the cracks somehow with that too when it came time to renew my lease.

The wrong amt was written up. So, I hoping they will allow me to pay $50 a month for a year to catch up.

I think I owe $700 on that. I need to print out the email the manager sent me and start keeping a record of what I have paid.

managers come and go here and make mistakes. I knew something was wrong but my health wasn't able to ask her to follow thru on it for a few months.

She kind of dragged her feet too even after she figured out something was wrong.

Not sure any of this makes sense. Brain is not clear.

but, guessing he is going to say let's wait to see if you are approved for Long Term CAre first as thta is my best option

TRied to read the paper work for the Long TErm CAre program the state has.

Just got more confused. Sent an email to the person who is processing the financial end of it.

I asked whether I should go ahead and get the lab work and CT scan, etc or wait until I am denied or approved for the LTC program as I was concerned with the 20% I will need to come up with.

I did notice that the expense of a second insurance to go along with meidcare was one thing that could be deducted when determining elgibility for Long Term CAre

And the things that medicare does not pay for...the 20% of insurance bills.

Yes. It is good to be able to do a few things again and keep the ball rolling.

Next step is out of my hands. One to know if I was approved to have student loans cancelled.

Most likely will receive a letter in the mail.

2. Hear back from LTC to see if I qualify financially for the program.

Then to have a case worker, nurse visit me from the program. Hoping they will communicate with me via email for the most part.

3. Hear back from the LTC financial person whether to wait to see if I am aproved for LTC or go ahead and get lab work done and toher testing when health allows.

Recording all of thsi hear so I don't drop the ball or nor where to pick it up if I do drop the ball as health can't usually handle this stuff.

Tutu. I did send an email asking the bank for the october statement and to drop the elec statement as computer will not print it out.

But, they did not respond so I went to the drive thru.

Drive thru person told me to come into the bank and they will call the change in for me.

I need to wait until health is doing well enough to come into the bank and get this done.
