- I suggest getting professional lectures, etc. from ILADS educated doctors, presenters.
There may be audio on here (I can't imagine trying to do anything else other than note-taking while listening or watching, though, as it's all very complex -- and I would not drive and listen as the material is just too complicated and could cause you to lose focus),
but you can also just listen to DVDs (but many have slides to see that really help hit home the lecture's points. From the best of the bunch:
- Not an exclusive or formal list. Remember to connect with STATE and LOCAL lyme support groups for the best area options. Just always check to be sure they are of like-mind with the groups above, with ILADS as the educational base.
Each group above has a unique focus, yet they are all fully "lyme literate" - as well as tick-borne infection literate (as lyme rarely travels alone). All are ILADS "minded" -- bringing them all together. -

- But, backing up, be sure to identify specifically WHAT you wanting to learn. And WHY. Like a course syllabus. It's really important to know those goals (both short term and long term), otherwise, you could just roll around in all this for years and years.
Still, the best advice is to be sure you get an ILADS educated LL doctor. There is no way you can learn all you need to know to treat yourself.
And, even if you have a LLMD or LL ND, it may be better to learn new cooking skills or other things that are more practical to the hours that are now so very important to your cells. Learning about all this is vital, of course, but it can kidnap you, too.
Start with what you need to do each day to improve your chances. -

- BOOKS and ARTICLES are in the LL ND thread below. Some may be issued as audio books. Your local support groups may have some volunteers who could record them for you, too.
It's very important to look over the selection here because these ILADS educated holistic authors are the best of the bunch. I'd start with the last post for the most recent book, out just 6 weeks now by one of the top LLMDs we have.

- If you don't want to watch, just listen. But, if you can watch, you will likely be far better able to retain what you hear - and also catch all points. You sure don't want to miss even any little bit.
He is a top researcher with an excellent reputation. Although NOT a treating doctor, ALL good LLMDs and LL NDs should know his work.
