Hard to believe that tracking everything you do can help you feel better but I've been documenting my behavior including food, sleep, meds......everything. It's lead to some revealing things that I've eliminated and added to my schedule. Most importantly gastro probs.

Made a vid..might put you to sleep if nothing else but I think this is vital to remission. Eliminating mistakes.

Droid-thanks for that. I didn't know about that USB board. Sure makes things easier for tracking.

That's great that you're rotating herbs and in tune enough with your body enough to know what makes you ill.

I think this was just a revelation to me because I feel so terrible so often that documenting it then reviewing it helped so much because my brain wasn't able to.

I haven't tried niacin in a while but I'm very pale, for me, and when I used to do the flushes, they'd give me color back and raise my temp.

The important thing is that I learned that some things I've been doing for the past few yrs hasn't been helping. I take things as cut and dry but they aren't. Maybe some people can eat gluten or dairy(and so on) and still get better, idk. I'm starting to believe that more and more.

With people having different co infections, parasites, yeast, metals, etc...no one is going to cure Lyme with a pill. You have read the body and continue doing what makes you feel better. Which means maybe I could have a glass of wine which would be amazing. Prob not though.

I've also read almost every piece of writing on Lyme, and there seems to be some golden rules but I think some people who are suffering for decades might be repeating mistakes unknowingly.

That would be great if you could pull that exercise machine out. I find myself forcing myself through stuff just so I can be proud to write it down, haha

Not sure what you mean by b's being part of extras. That's prob on me though cause it's not hard to confuse me.

Thanks Greta. They aren't the cheapest things but when it comes to being a vital part of getting better, well worth it.

You can find used ones on craigslist and eBay sometimes.

I didn't watch the video, but I can tell you that my body is greatly affected by what I eat.

I have found the most help in eliminating things like gluten, dairy, sugar, etc. I've recently added fermented vegetables and it has helped me so much!

Keep searching for what works for you!
