Saying a prayer for you, kam.
Our Lord is working on this for you.
Hugs!

the ice packs, the japeanese knotweed...i also didn't know maghelps so took some of htat too
and something else..brain is going now
ah yes the intense muscle spray...
i have been in and out of sleep most of today..wanting to fall back asleep again...
but need to get Rosie out to stretch her legs and toilet.
adding detox tea...not able to read what i just wrote above so not sure if it is there or not

Klonopin RX someone f/lymnet recommended has helped me with head pressure, eye/visual, hearing distortions and brain fog.
Not sure if for you but I always tell people here, it's the one med that has worked best FOR ME for neuro symptoms.
I don't think it's a very expensive med and you can ask the doc for samples to try?

I will give her a call when able.
I am currently taking gabapetin, restoril, tramadol...i'd like to wean off of them but for now i can't see that happening
i dont' like the idea of adding another drug but if it makes my quality of life better this would be worth trying

I will be having an MRI this week if health is doing well enough.
My guess is the MRI will not help the doc any as far as how to help me... But, guessing i need to have it done anyway

inflamation is back ....11:00 am now. I keep hoping it will lighten up
Getting up to get the ice packs, use the intense msucle spray..take some mag and check to see what kind it is ...and whatever else it is that helps with this that I can think of.
hydrating ..green tea first..then when able..i'll make the pitcher of the lemon/sea salt/honey/mint/cucumber drink

Fell asleep laying on the ice pack. Slept thru the night which is good. But, looks like anther day of laying low. That is OK as long as the inflamation doesn't get out of hand.
Need to get up and get ice pack once it freezes again.
Or put ice in the other bag...if able..pretty out of it.

Praying for you Kam.
I am sending shade tree wishes your way.
Quiet, peaceful snoozes under a shade tree.
No noise but the sounde of a breeze through the leaves and a bubbling stream nearby.
When you lookup at the sky-you see deep bright blue, and puffs of cottony clouds throught the bright green leaves.
The day is smiling on you, Kam, and you are smiling back at it. Posts: 4358 | From British Columbia, Canada | Registered: Jun 2013

One word of caution regarding klonopin. Once you get on it, you'll never be able to get off. EXTREMELY hard to get off and for some it causes terrible depression and paranoia.

Somtimes I wonder wehre I would be if I hadn't aken any prescription meds when this hit.
Good that I happened on a combo that helped me finally get some sleep after decades of going without it.
I dont' want to go back to not being able to sleep.
