As I sit here and type this on my cell. My memories of even today I can't remember. I know I herx all morning. Had a couple of ok to good hours.

It reminds me of first being Dx with Lyme. I wake up sicker than going to sleep. Hence insomnia is back.

My brain and head feels like fire severe sinus pressure. I'm using ice packs for my forehead.

I need prayers please. I'm not thinking very clearly due to pain and brain fog. It feels like I'm fighting this battle alone. I'm getting to where I can't take of cooking anything.

Thank you all. It's impossible to relate with life. There's so much I need to do. Downsizing first. It's hard to get done. Major fatigue.

Thank you for your kind words. I never in my right would believe that over a decade later here we are. Thank you.

I think my liver is angry or something like that. It feels big or something like that. I keep a close eye on my eyes for any yellowish.

I would love to get out. And of all the craziest things the battery in my car, I'm not sure what's going on. It holds a charge. They checked the altarnator it's good. So today I went out to move it and dead battery.

Well this day is over finally. I truly hate this disease. I wake up and all I think about is I can't wait for bedtime. Not a happy camper.

Annie, I wish I could cook you something. Are you able to get any nutrition into yourself--like a smoothie, perhaps?

Wish I could take you out for a drive too. It must be beautiful in the Tetons. Are you a member of AAA, and could they at least come and get your car going?

I hope you feel better than yesterday--and not quite so alone--when you wake up this morning. My thoughts are with you today.

Annie, milk thistle really helps my liver. If my liver is unhappy, the rest of me hurts from head to toe.

Of course all detox help, helps the liver. Just too much for our organs to keep up with. Support your organs.

Hope today is a better day.

Pam

Hang in there Annie.

It's bad time of year. Flared last year Jan and Feb too.

March will be better; we're almost there.
