I got mad and turnrd it off

Same old same old...docs dont dx...it goes on and on...ppl get sicker and sicker

One caller made a really good point about not beimg able to advocate for yoursrlf cuz your brain is infected

The hosts make light.of docs not dx-say it is not the norm and make fun of ppl being afraid of ticks

Made me mad...money money money...no lyme here...or the property values will fall and the tourists wont come

So just stick your head in the sand and pretend its not a problem

I only listenrd to about ten.minutrs...sad story about young woman not dx for a yr til she had lyme carditis-and they dismiss her and act like lyme is not that.big a deal

Im mad. That woman didnt deserve tht. She was brave to call in. Im really mad but nothing i can do but rant here

Maybe someone can post a link here-i dont know how

The station needs to hear some complaints. Google the name of the station manager and let 'em have it. Ask if they would treat any other infection like it was a joke.

Be sure to read the comments so far.

ok-i listened to a lot of it and there are some facts correct...but the gist of it is no big deal...i took notes to write here but im afraid i get arrested for libel or something

whatever...and i usually like the show and she has to be polite but if you are lyme literate you can tell the host almost knows more about the reality of lyme than the ID doc

i still cant figure out where the comments are

i heard two more ppl with lyme who said important things and were basically dismissed as not being the norm

oh and dogs rarely get lyme...i better stop before i get in trouble
