Wow, that doctor should not be allowed to remain in this field. Why, after all that bad publicity, would Mass Gen hire her? Someone should be questioning them as well as the doctor.

When the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. That seems to be this doctor's problem. She sees nails everywhere, even where they don't exist.

She is likely not "working alone" she has many who have kept her where she is (her stature) and many who agree with her. That's the only way she's been able to "rule" - it's important to be able to identify her peers, too.
Who ever hired her for the new position seems suspect, too. That action speaks volumes, and danger for patients not just of her but of her "tribe" so to speak. -
