Eight week Saturday Support Group for Girls Ages 13-18

Location: Office of Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge, 898 Ethan Allen Highway, Suite 6 Ridgefield, CT 06877 (off of Rt. 7)
Description: Eight-week program for teen girls with Lyme disease. Designed to connect patients in a positive environment and teach mindfulness skills that will help them better manage the stress of illness. The group will enjoy healthy snacks, creative approaches to finding fun and the understanding only fellow patients can truly offer.
Group will meet in an easily accessible location between Danbury and Ridgefield along Ethan Allen HIghway (Rt. 7) as the guests of Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge.
Program is free but preregistration is required.
