For Texas Lyme Residents only: The TXLDA has a major survey of Lyme disease and co infections in process. It is set to close soon. If you are a resident of Texas and have Lyme Disease or have had lyme disease in the past, please take this survey. It is completely anonymous and is easy to complete. We need all heads counted. This survey will take at least 10 minutes to complete and will go along ways toward making Texas a Lyme Friendly State.

Thank you!

Thanks so much, the responses are very important. These will go to the congressional level for treatment for LD in Texas. Bear in mind many maps from the Dept of Public Health, etc are outdated. Very old.

If you are a Texas resident and was bitten in Texas or elsewhere and contracted LD please complete the survey. We have 588 responses, TXLDA estimates 750 - 1000 LD patients in Texas.

Just filled out the survey - so it's still active. I was bitten in Texas. I understand that less than 10 cases of Lyme were reported last year, so I hope this will help to improve awareness and reporting!

Thanks!
