This presentation during the online Hashimoto's Institute is amazing.
The title is "Antigen Reduction in Hashimoto's".
Dr Daniel Kalish, DC, presents straight forward, practical information that is very helpful.
His talk is packed full of info that conventional medicine doctors just don't understand.
Everything he says is worth listening to. It is 54 minutes long. You could listen while you are surfing the net.
Even if you have not been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, if you have any chronic infection, suspect you have leaky gut,or have any autoimmune disease you will benefit from listening to this information.
