I didn't watch the whole video.
What people also need to be made aware of is that their B12 levels can be sky high when there is a MTHFR genetic mutation.
My understanding is that the B12 is not being absorbed by the body, hence the elevated B12 serum levels.
One needs to get tested for this genetic mutation, and if it's present, one needs to take methylfolate supplements and methylcobalimine shots.
I am not an expert at all on this topic, but that's my 2 cents based on what I've learned by experience.

Hello, Thank you for this info, I had no idea about the elevated B12 levels. I have tested very high B12 levels in the past and my mom just recently tested very high for B12 and folate.
Could you tell me what tests to request to check for the mthfr mutation/s? I am more worried about my mom, who I don't think has lyme (has bad arthritis so who knows) but has advanced lung cancer.
She developed peripheral neuropathy within days of her first chemo treatment. B12 and folate were tested because it is highly unusual to get neuropathy so early in tx, but ruled out due to high serum levels.

Amazing, our doctors are more ignorant than I thought.
How is this possible for them all to be so unaware and uninformed?

I would try the 23andme.com for testing. There are others, but I'm not familiar with all of that.
Get her tested for the B12 deficiency. Take notes from this video. They discuss near the end which tests are needed.

Thanks Lymetoo, I will finish the video and look into 23andme.com.
So frustrating! My mom's neuro exam for the peripheral neuropathy was not entirely consistent with chemo, but after a B12 of almost 3000, and super high folate, they ruled it out.
I really hope she doesn't have it, as I don't know how this will affect her treatment.

I think it was Better Heath Guy posted an article about how B vitamins feed parasites.
I am not going to stop taking my B12 dots but am wondering if that is why I am having the bloating again.
I have also read that parasites cause bloating.
I recall the article mentioning that the Clark Zapper kills some but not all parasites and taking something in a pill form also helps but doesn't get rid of all of them.
I found out that FB has a way you can save an article or post now so doing that but read this after seeing the parasite article
Brain is struggling so I will stop now.
I wanted to add that when specialist were looking for answers two or three of them did this electric type of testing on me.
Before I could even get out of the office, I had to rush to the bathroom.
It was as if I had been eating twigs and forest debree in the toilet.
I noticed this happened ever time they did the elec testing on me.
Looking back...guessing it was parasites that were vacating my body.
So, I am thinking the Clark zapper might just help..I just haven't had the funds to purchase one.
The article also said that most of us have parasites. They just aren't a problem until the health goes south...
not the articles words but mine..they were more scientific in explaining why they become a problem.

For those who need to limit methyl donors, hydroxycobolamin or adenosylcobolamin are safer forms.
The above link at stopagingnow.com is promoting methylcobolamin as 100% safe, but that's not true for those who over-methylate or have COMT mutations and normal VDR.

I am still trying to get well enough to get the syringes needed.
The local pharmacy has the vials but said he can't get the syringes.
I need to get the prescription for the syringes from the pharmacist that the doctor wrote and then see if I can get the syringes at another pharmcay in town.
Or see if right source will provide them. i am still having trouble getting my prescriptions thru right source.
The doc's office say they sent in the forms but right source says they did not get them.
Not sure how to get around that. I did ask for a supervisor this time...but did not get one...got one pretending to be a supervisor me thinks.
I'll try and call right source again when health allows.
