You are right! I know you remember the old days when we couldn`t pay someone to print the word Lyme in the paper.

Now it is everywhere. That is great!

But, what I want to know.... is it raining up your way Maddog... my question mark is broken.

I haven`t seen a fish report for a couple of days now! I miss them!

Yes, the "Dr. Shapiro" quoted in the Lyme disease part of this
list (#7) is Dr. Eugene Shapiro of Yale, who has testified against other docs who treat Lyme disease.

I loved that the info following his quote. As he is very involved with the Infectious Diseases Society, I doubt that he has this opinion on tests:
...But not everyone develops this rash—and Lyme disease's other symptoms (like fatigue, headaches, joint pain, and flu-like symptoms) can easily be confused for other conditions, says Dr. Shapiro. A blood test can check for Lyme disease antibodies in the blood, but those usually don't show up until a few weeks after infection and the test is notoriously unreliable….

Hi TC
No rain I had to water my garden the ground is cracking.

Now fish is another thing! I got 6 blue gill, a rock crusher,a crappie and a perch,Friday.

I got 3 bluegills and a large mouth bass today. I had a huge one on the line it jumped out of the water and shook the hook out.

Kayak trolling is death on fish.
