Well, I'm sitting at home today. I'm just trying to behave myself so I can recover quickly. We plan to go to Texas on the 26th or so .. have to be ready for that HEAT.

I so hope I can do it because we plan to visit friends we haven't seen in years .. seeing them on Facebook doesn't count.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Good thinking tute. Its gotta be pretty hot for a texan to get hot i hear.

I wrote last night abd then lost it. Im doing goid on tx(detox)but am exhausted and foggy. Cant believe i went to fri doc at wrong time...keep losing keys and phone...now checkbook. Can hardly stand

I have been reading about tests mold doc gives and their sx and i have so many that docs could never fugure out. Half my life i have been like this and there is a test that shows it and a cause and a tx. Im so mad. Ive luved half a life and spent so much money. The meducal system disgusts me

So...im positive about being on the right track with tx but i spent a whole week trying to pick up and get organized from reno so i could clean and ive barely accomplushed anything. All kinds of half done jobs making a mess.

I took a chance calling a cleaner on craigslist. She was watching her child play ball so that seemed good. Not a wacko. She said she and her husband will come thursday for 2-3 hours and do whatever i say...im hoping to have at least one room ready for them to clean...but i just brought in 4 clean totes from carport and wiped the surface dust off them. And i am sitting again. Theres no room for wc where i need to start...hope i can be the turtle that wuns the race before thurs...im motivatd knowing someone who can get dust off ceiling and top walls is coming

Im supposed to eat and take meds so hope my energy comes back

Have a lot to do tomorrow before I leave, so getting little chores done today.

Have a great week.

Where are you going hiker? U feel ok about leaving when the guys are working. Around here everyone trashes the house looking for drugs...im so nervous about that i hide my supps...
I havent done much. I was kinda on a roll (slow roll) and the storms started coming thru...constant line since 4 to 11 they are saying now. Its really hot but when storms go thru i turn off all the elec so they dont get wrecked if there is lightning hit. I would be in trouble if i had to replace them.
The worker just called and said he will be here early tomorrow to close in that closet. It will probably taje all day. But his calling means i have to at least make a path from that room to door...maybe i ll get going and do more

Going to central, IN, where they have an outlet mall, waterfalls, covered bridges etc.

I am okay with leaving. My neighbor will keep an eye on the house and check periodically. I have met all the workman so far and they are really nice and the interior decorator is really picky.

Only concern is that we don't have anyone to do the drywall, yet.

Half the time I have been on errands or out with friends when they have been working.

Both bathrooms are not going to be usable when I leave which is why I am leaving. Plus I need a little vacation time.

We will see if I get the courage to hike to a waterfall.

I'm OK. Not feeling that great, but so far so good I guess.

I can't blow my nose for two weeks and that is enough to drive a person crazy. I have a protocol for cleaning it out though. Fun.

Getting cabin fever. Staying inside at least another day. Supposed to be much cooler tomorrow.

I get in my car and turn in the corner today and see something on the windshield. Went another block before I realized a snake was staring me in the face.

Drove back home and got my garden gloves. It was a 3 foot long garter snake. He was not too happy. Tossed him in the yard so he could eat bugs for me. Not sure how he got on the windshield. Glad I never leave the windows down after driving!

I checked the engine and the inside of the car. Having a snake in the car would freak me out.

Ran some errands and went to the chiropractor. She released a lot of toxins and I don't feel so great now.

Have a lot to do around the house and packing for tomorrow. Hope I feel better quickly.

Hiker when she releases toxins do you take a binder to help them out?

My brother had Big pet boa constrictor years ago. Once it went into dash and he couldnt get it out. He said it would come out when it got hungry. It ate once a week. But it came out when my brother was paying a toll

My worker left and again changed the amount of money. He charged me 250. For something i thoght was covered by the whole amount for bath. It was four hours...a good chunk going. To lowes for materials...the materials were less than 25. He is supposed to come back and do one more outside thing. I dug the hole and exposed a sewer pipe a few weeks ago. He has to attach a pipe on long enough to bring it up to ground level in case i need it cleaned out. Hes been ssying it is easy and will be 100. Including materials. Online a plumber guy says the normal charge is 2000. Hard to know what is fair.

The two best things of my new bath are the tub that isnt slippery and the toilet paper holder thatjust slides the roll on. Saves my thumbs. They cant pinch. And i dont need tyb mat that needs to be washed now.

One of the worst things that has me worried is when i step in tub in one spot it creaks and i am afraid it will crack. Ive asked the guy 3x about this and he says his tub does the same
But the misunderstandings of money are hard. Still

LP--Yes I am taking some binders now. I am using Igenex Itires for Lymph and Renelix for kidneys. Will use mintran tonight as it detoxes and makes me sleep better. I also took my last vial of Heel lymphostat.

I think moving around helps me sweat out toxins, too, so I am not sitting around.

I don't test energetically right now for apple pectin or chlorella, but I have those on hand, too.

Good to see u back tutu. Hope your healing.

Hiker thanks for info. I didnt even know those binders existed

Im pretty upset right now. Had a good day til 3. Well, sorta. Worker got the work done but charged a lot lik i said above. I went for my complete pulmonary function test so new doc could have baseline on me.

I was breathing fine when i went in. Tech didnt seemvery professional. Half wy thru i got short of breath. 3 hrs later im still short of breath. I feel like ive been poisoned. I was not impressed with doc either.

Why is it so hard to get better. Patuents work so hard and so many docs are just worthless

I am so bummed about having to take Doryx. It is making me completely miserable. How in the world do people take this stuff?

I dont know what they gave me except albuterol. Which i take at home when i have bronchitis and it helps. It doesnt make me worse

I feel like there was mold in the equipment...im acting like i do when im in mold

I read a little bit about what the test does and it said its important the tech is expetienced and competent. I didnt feel like she was

On the mold site they are saying frozen shoulder is very common and gets better with tx. We ll see.

Ive been cleaning and packing to get ready for workers thurs and on the expensive lavendar dreams table runner that matches curtains in purple room i found the most beautiful orange mold happily growing...it took me awhile to test it and figure out how to clean it and by then my mouth started tingling...usually my first mold sx. I got it clean and took all my resp meds again and decided i better get really serious about all this. I cant throw away all the money and energy i put into this house. Im going to get another stourage and put almost everything in it so i can really clean house and only bring back one thing at a time at a time and be sure it doesnt make me sick. The tingling started and i realized the meds had worked and my sinuses were getting better

Im sitting now and then im am going to pack this place up. I dont want to lose it all. I wonder if that is the plan...if i am to learn as nother lesson...

Well, had a meltdown at home Sunday night and then one yesterday at work. Had to leave yesterday. Co-workers could smell blood in the water and stupid me asked them to cut me some slack that I was having a bad day and that was all she wrote....

Cussed some of them out and ran to the bathroom and cried.

Ended up leaving work and went to Josh's took a sleeping pill and had 3 drinks. Passed out and slept for about 4 hours. Went home, repeat above and slept until 6.

Having a rough time.

Hiker...no. this is table runner tht i put in purple room when it wss finished a year go. I was able to see it until a month agoand it was fine...it grew in my house that i always keep mold unfriendly with light, humidity, temp erc...but what you said made me realize...it must have happened during tub
R e n o ...the first day tons of dust and spores went all thru house. I couldnt clean well for a month ... and i bet some bad spores landed on it and i didnt know cuz therr was so much stuff in the room. And there wass a few wet days and my machines. Werent always working...its a motivator for me to clean and organize and. As tutu joked about..become a minimalist.

Your trip sounds like fun. Are yiu eating some naughty things? Hope you hit the jack pot with the clothes. I shop from catalogs...usually the 75% off stuff...classy! For now

Wednesday-Thank you guys yet again for all the support. I don't usually have meltdowns but with things going wrong at home and at work, I was overwhelmed!

I'm going to the attorney today for much needed advice. Leaving here in 2 hours.

From her office I have to pick up Josh and head back to Atlanta for his car that we left up there.

It takes about 3 hours to get to her house, so looks like another late night for me.

I read everyone's posts and it's so nice to get away from what's happening to me.

Lymenet is like taking a mini vacay some days.

Have a great day everyone!

Have a successful trip, AK! Sure hope it helps.

LP.. Was just wondering .. wasn't sure. I wouldn't do well with 86 degrees inside the house. NOPE. We keep it a cool 73. As long as we can afford the electricity bills, we keep it cool. Very humid here too. Rained all day yesterday.

Hubby is going to take me for errands later. I haven't been outside since last Friday other than stepping out on my balcony.

Went to a pretty waterfall. Couldn't cross stream to hiking trail. Bridge flooded out. Found another park with cement trails and walked a full hour.

Went for gluten free pizza and gluten free beer. Should not have done that. Think H pylori is back and tummy pain again.

Walked around downtown and took lots of pics of great architecture.

I am most comfortable at 73 too!

Ak. Good you are havingva break...i missed it that you were having trouble at work too

Hiker that sounds so nice...i had a glass of white wine the other night afteer the bad breathing test...i felt so wierd i stopped at a real rest s urant...ordered whole dinner and ate the whole thing. I never do that. Usually a dinner is three meals or i get appetizer or soup and salad

I didnt get sick or anything on the wine usually the most wine i can have is one tablespoin in a large glass of club soda. I think maybe the welchol is taking some of my toxin load f2f own so i can have a glass of wine. But i wont cuz of yeast

Yesterday i ended up working on one room s
16 hours...but it sorta spilled over to the living room cuzi had to organize places to put stuff. And when i couldnt think any more but wouldnt fall asleep i packed all books in office up.

I slept good but got late start todsy. Very sore i had been on ladder to deal with curtain

I did a lotvin living roomfirst todsy to makevroom then spent rest of day in my bedroom. Honest. Lsundry was piled 3/4 way to ceiling. I washed butvdidntbput away for a month while guys were doingvbath

I foundvmy stereo and cds(i forgot how to use my ipod-stupid brain) and i found bunch of other impt stuff i have been missing

The ppl confirmed they are coming tomorrow but later thanplanned. Thts better for me

I want to sleep...but cant seem.to.

Im thinking of you ak. Take care of you.

<<<<<<<Update from KAM>>>>>>>>

Able to move about a bit this am: watered potted plants, found money for person who is coming to help this am. Found it in the trash??

Hot out at 7 am. Able to move tarps from camping back on patio so I had a place to charge power chair.

Tried to clean up patio a bit but ended up dumping dirt on kitchen floor from plant I was trying to put in trash.

Dirt still on floor. Brain not working well enough.

Able to get envelope addressed and sent to friend that I do not even know if she is still alive.

Thursday-5 more hours to go then just Friday. After that it's vacay time for one glorious week! I sure do need it.

Attorney appointment was very informative but also disappointing. Basically I would only get some alimony. I'd lose my health insurance and there's no equity in the home because it's an older double wide. I'd have to live off of my $10 an hour plus a little alimony.

My work situation is caused by the same folks that are disrespectful towards me. This time they went way too far and I've had it with them. The others are nice, so it's just a few trouble makers.

I'm trying to hang in there but it's tough all the way around.

TuTu-How are you feeling? I hope you're recovering quickly.

Hiker-I'm with TuTu, I love waterfalls too! I love water sounds of any kind.

Kayak-Thank you for thinking of me! Since I went gangbusters last weekend, I don't have too much to do in the house before my vacay. Just some grocery shopping and laundry. Oh and maybe some packing.

Hope everyone has a great day!

LP .. I tried on the Kam post!! It does sound like you need to get rid of stuff. Life will be so much easier. I have a bit too much, but my house is pretty clear of it. We have a garage here, storage a few miles away and stuff in storage in Texas!!

We are at the point of being unable to handle it all and almost unable to deal with getting rid of it. I hired someone to help me clear out our garage at the other apt and got rid of quite a bit then.

I need to hire someone to clear out the storage we PAY for each danged month! It may all be worthless since we've had so much rain here lately. I fear the room could have sprung a leak and all is ruined. Who knows? Most of it I would never miss.

LP .. it does sound like you need to invest in another AC unit so things don't get moldy. Sounds pretty important.

AK .. I sure hope this vacation will do a world of good for you. Hugs and best wishes on that!!

I am doing "OK" .. my sinuses are stuffed up right now ..something that hasn't been a problem until now. UGH. I hate it. May go to the store and get some Afrin. I can only use it once in awhile, but it may help. I know it's OK to use since it was on my list of things to have post-surgery .. mostly for bleeding. I haven't had much of a real issue with that.

I'm so excited because we are going to visit my niece in Abilene. She's the one who is a veterinarian and her husband is also a vet. Her kids are 15 and 12 and I haven't seen them in 4 yrs. Then we hope to see friends near and in San Antonio later next week.

I just hope my sinuses will not be a problem. I don't need any ER visits to kill my budget.

Walked through lovely park to covered bridge and went to local shops. Also went to an old fashioned soda fountain for hot fudge sundae.

Tummy hurts like crazy and I am in detox mode which means H. pylori. I think the last energy healing is still working and I stopped the Zantac too soon.

B&B is really nice except no railing on steep porch stairs. I have lots of trouble when there is no railing especially when detoxing.

Six bridesmaids are staying here tonight. Could be noisy. Wedding tomorrow evening in the garden here but I am heading home.

AK-sorry about hubby and work. Enjoy dauphin island!!

TGIF!!! Whoop! Whoop!

TuTu-Oh...I hope you get to enjoy yourself! I really enjoyed San Antonio when I went down there.

Hiker-The B and B sounds like so much fun! Believe it or not, I take a sleeping mask and ear plugs with me when I travel. OK, well everywhere I go.... [Roll Eyes]

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Whew! Etta woke me at 7 ish and i yelled at her for an hr it seemed cuz too much pain to help her back on bed and she wouldnt quit. She had jumped down to use potty pad...we'd been in bed 9 hrs...and she wanted back on the bed. First time i slept in bed in long time and i was down so long...and so exhausted from workers andv3 days getting ready for them...my arthritis just made whole body freeze up like tin man in wizard of oz.

After an hour of barking and yelling...see, i really need a house...far from neughbors...no apt!...id be kicked out!

I managed to somehow roll out if bed and make my way to kitchen to feed her and get meds and snack and get back inrecliner and sleep another 3 hrs

Recliner is in LR and it looks like a tornado came thru...the three bedrooms look and smell and feel wonderful after the cleaning/handyman couple was here for 3 hrs yesterday. They are smart, follow directions and are tall and strong and energetuc. What a blessingvto have found them.

They cant come back for five days but i will need that long to organize what ended up in LR....ahhhhh. i am so happy i found them

But i swear...i could easily fall asle er p again and i think i need to. It may be all i can do today to sleep, eat when.i have to tke meds, and pick up any messes i make in those 3 rms....i havebt made bed yet

Home again and was hoping one bathroom would be totally done.

Have no shower and one toilet. Painters are coming early tomorrow morning, so that toilet won't be available during the day tomorrow or on Monday.

I will be so glad to get my bathrooms finished.

Had a great vacation. Sort of a let down to come home.

LP .. Glad you found some good help!! YAY!! Get some rest!

hiker .. only 3 more days!! You can do it!

I had a great day .. but I'm pooped. Drove 45 min to my post-op Dr's appointment .. Left the house at 7:15. Had a good appointment. She explained a few things the surgeon had done and gave me Bactrim.

Not sure how that is going to go. Already a bit itchy from the first pill. It is the last oral med I can take for my infection. MAYBE the infection will be gone soon, but I will have to do antibiotic nasal irrigations for at least a few months.

She told me I am chronic. I've lost count how many chronic conditions I have.

I'm a little worried that Bactrim also causes sun sensitivity and I'm headed down to Texas in the bright sun. Most worried about traveling. Once we get there, I'll be inside most of the time.

Oh .. I said I had a good day .. almost forgot!! [Big Grin]

Then I went for breakfast and it was really good. Yummy omelet.

So I went to get my CD changer installed in my car again and found out they can't do it. It was in my "old" car and we had taken it out to be transferred. No go .. but they DID put my San Antonio Spurs decal on my back window!! It looks great against the black window. (darkly tinted)

I decided to stop by the mall.. haven't been there in a few years, so I was entitled! [Big Grin] I went into Penney's looking for a bangle watch. You know .. the kind you just pop onto your wrist?

I love those and have several. They didn't have any I liked except for one I already have. Mine is worn-out looking but I didn't want another one.

I looked at the other costume jewelry and found a very nice necklace and two pairs of earrings. One is awesome!!!! and then another set of jewelry .. earrings and necklace to match. All VERY cute and will work great with some of my outfits.

I signed up for a credit card since I hadn't used mine in years and years. I got 15% discount for doing that and then she gave me another 20% off....AND the jewelry was ALREADY marked down.

I spent $35 (with tax) and saved $39. Crazy! I'm all set for my trip!

After I walked out of Penney's I ran into some old friends I hadn't seen in about 5 yrs. It was great to see them and we chatted for about 45 minutes. So my day was complete!!

Painter came 2 hours late, so I could have slept in. Did a little yard work, walked 30 minutes without trekking poles.

Have been cutting shelf paper for the drawers in the bathroom vanity.

Cut some linoleum to put inside the cabinet part of the vanity. It fit well downstairs; hope it does upstairs as well. Better than contact paper.

My house is covered in dust. Can't wait until the bathrooms are finished to clean. No since trying to do so now.

Have a great trip Tutu.

Hiker .. I love using that foam stuff for shelves. I think it's sold in the same area as the regular shelf paper. It's sort of cushioned?? Great for kitchen cabinets so the dishes aren't noisy.

You didn't know dishes could be noisy, did you? [Big Grin]

I'm waiting for that pic, LP! [Wink]

Kam posted a nice photo of herself standing with her arms raised. I asked her if Rosie took it!

I use the foam stuff for the drawers and kitchen cabinets.

I decided to cut leftover linoleum and put in the cabinets of the bathrooms under the sink.

Painters have gone, so on Monday and Tuesday we need the light fixture, the mirrors hung, towel racks etc.

The painter kindly hung the shower curtain rod for me downstairs, so I have a shower downstairs and a toilet upstairs. Progress!

My house is a dustbowl from all the work--they had to do drywall. No sense in too much cleaning until they are done.

Ran a few errands and did a little more yard work.

Exhausted and I am sleeping in tomorrow. My sleeping in days are limited. 3 weeks until school starts and, of course, I will have to get the classroom ready before then.

-That TOO!!

I so remember the dust bowl. Worst part.

LP.. Sounds great that you got everything cleaned up!

I ran a few errands today and shopped for a little while at a flea market.

It's hot here and going to be EVEN HOTTER in Texas ... Hope I survive.
