I would really like some input regarding this as i am not going to a MD to pursue the following, i will only do the bloodwork (check liver, cholesterol etc) at local hospital, any kind of info is highly appreciated, and i do realize this is quite a lenghty post, so thanks in advance:
I have a few questions regarding testosterone injections when dealing with chronic lyme. I have had chronic lyme now for almost 5 years. Have been treated with antibiotics and also herbal protocol ( salt/c).
I have no "major" symptoms of lyme anymore, other than that i have low-energy levels and some tiredness, but the major symptoms are gone, i have had this improvement now for almost 3 years.
I work out / go to the gym about 4-5 times/week, which is positive but as written before my energy levels are def. low. I am a 30 year old male.
I never had a testosterone-level test/examination done before, if i do it and it shows "below normal" levels, can i start with testosterone therapy?
What doses for this is normal? can i do for example 250 mg every week of testosterone Enathe, or what steroid do you recommend? Or which steroid profile have any of you had experience with?
The most important question: Is there a risk for further complications if you use anabolic steroids and have had / or have chronic lyme?
I know that corticosteroids are NOT well tolerated among lymies but this is "anabolic" steroid so it should not be "harmfull" (beside the standard side-effects of anabolic steroid, which is a risk i am willing to take to improve my overall health) ? And since lyme messes with your hormones should it not be safe and positive to use these steroids in order to improve your levels?
Thank you for reading, i am kind of lost here so any input will be helpfull, i know there have been previous posts about "testosterone- replacement- therapy" but the are not specific terms of: anabolic steroid profile, dosage, lenght, results etc.
