I dont even know what to do. A few yrs ago a skeeter bite put me in hospital. ..two surgeries...could have died

Now...i cant keep track of all they carry...dont even know what to take. Abx will screw up my system for no reason if its viral. All my antivirals are old.

After fighting this so long i dont want to be taken out by a skeeter or bowl of greens or salmonella egg.

I wanna go back to the old days when everything wasnt toxic

KEEP CALM and try to relax. Not every mosquito carries disease.

It's true that not all bugs carry disease.

However, there has never been a time on earth when various kinds of microbial infections were not just part of living, really. But people learned how to take care of themselves (for the most part and after some very harsh lessons) . . . just don't loose the knowledge they gathered for us.

Rather than be scared, take action.

This is precisely what I like having ALLICIN on hand for, or Olive Leaf Extract, just in case. There are various antimicrobial herbs that are excellent to have on hand.

You also mention concern about food safety. Again, many excellent herbal antimicrobials good to have as part of your life . . . and some key detail here on food prep / storage, etc.

First, never buy shredded food, or even cut up chunks. Wash whatever food you buy first with a good citrus based soap such as Better Life Dish It Out, use a brush on the outer skins, etc.

Other good hints here:
