Yes, it is good news!
I posted it in Medical along with a link to one of the earlier cases (Kansas) that provides the detailed information we would need to review or have an attorney review- who, what, how, why, etc.
Here is the link Ann OH if you are interested. I found it very interesting. Laughing here- - I can say that now because I don't have to keep reading and reading and researching. That can be frustrating and can wear you out!

- Indeed, this information could be of help to others in various states. Yet it can depend upon the personal attitude of the person making the decision, too.
So much depends upon the individual judges and they can vary from town to town. I knew someone who had to move a couple hundred miles because the SSD judge in her district was dead set against anyone with any kinds of fatigue issues, CFS, lyme, etc.
If possible, it's important to learn about the thinking and professional history of the judges in the jurisdiction where one's SSD case might be. -
