I've purchased a product that's put in water to make it alkaline. It's making life more complicated because it ihas to be taken away from minerals, etc.
It's expensive too,but I don't mind that if it works.
So I got to thinking about how fresh squeezed lemon juice is supposed to do the same thing and it's a lot easier.
I've been searching and find some MDs who think that those products are scams.
Anyone have a good experience with those?
