I found two apps that you can use to input all sorts of things to help keep track of Lyme symptoms, treatment, diet, triggers, etc.
One is called iLog Lyme and the other is Lyme Disease Diary. I personally find Lyme Disease Diary more user friendly. You can make your entries very non-detailed or very detailed.

Hi Blue, There is a place to enter meds on both of them. My Lyme Diary has a place for notes, side effects, if it helped, and more. iLog Lyme has a place to enter meds and dosages.
