I have found a liquid form of magnesium chloride made by Nutricology. The bottle calls for 1/2 teaspoon 3 times daily diluted into 8 oz of your favorite beverage. It's not a high amount of RDA but supposed to be highly absorbable. I have to avoid the citrate because of bowel issues.

Thank You, very informative, both TxCoord and I take magnesium. So this is very helpful.
TxC' is on Restless leg meds,as well as Magnesium, and both of us use it to fight Charley horse type cramping in legs.

I use Metagenics Magnesium glycinate and like it a lot. Doesn't upset my tummy at all.
