This is great news!!! I passed it on to my friends in Calif. who have a 2 month old baby in day care.

I can't tell you how happy I am for this case. I have prayed that California's vaccination law would be overturned.

I have been trying to read the article, but got distracted on another project part way thru. Just wanted to thank you for sharing it. Heard some on the news, but hadn't had time to find out more, so this was perfect.

Thanks, all! I figured a lawsuit would be launched, but didn't know the details. With 10 plaintiffs, including organizations, this looks good! Will keep you posted.

Meanwhile, thousands - maybe hundreds of thousands? - are setting up homeschooling - looks fascinating, reading through what families are doing together. I think we will get a lot more creative education ideas out of this effort.

Giggling as I read accounts of siblings who normally are at each other's throats now teaching each another to read and write, lol -

And please do keep us informed. I was "on it" when they were trying to kill the bill in CA. We all were doing so much and I really, really can't believe they passed it anyway.

So if there is anything we can do now, please lettuce no!
