As the heat is finding its way even to the most northern parts early . . .

keep your body temp in a safe zone. Plan ahead all the things you need to do and have all the pieces (and ice packs) in place(s).

Supplements, Rx, etc. all need to also not get too hot or humid.

When ordering Rx, supplements or even foods online, check your ten-day weather forecast - and all points from the vendors' warehouses, too.

There may be stretches of days where it would be best to wait until placing an order.

This might be the time to pay a little extra for it to fly.
