Is the biofilm test worth the money, or should people with any of the conditions listed assume they have biofilms and proceed with biofilm supplements?
Also, how do oral enzymes (nattokinase, lumbrokinase) resist proteolytic digestion in the stomach and intestines, AND pass through the GI epithelium, AND not generate immunoglobulin production against it?
And then, for some of those (particularly sinusitis, known to be very avascular/poorly perfused), how are the substances going to get to the biofilm?
Perhaps insufflated ingredients (or a sinus wash with solutions) would be good for sinusitis).
As for the prostate, which is also difficult to reach with even many small-molecule antibiotics, again, I wonder how a macromolecular enzyme is going to get there in the first place. Perhaps, in theory, bladder flushes with said substances would be the only way for the substance to travel to the interior of the prostate, and work on the biofilms.

Well, it appears oral nattokinase in fact does get absorbed and have fibrinolytic activity.
