Sneezing sent baseball slugger Sammy Sosa's back into spasm before a game in 2004, and the Chicago Cubs outfielder was placed on the disabled list with a sprained ligament in his lower back from sneezing.
So you are not alone. Healthy and not healthy people have this problem Just Don, so not sure what, if anything would help.
When I had broken ribs a sneeze set off an instant screaming pain party. I got use to having a pillow nearby to hold tight to my chest when the sneeze was about to come. That helped.
A chiropractor may have some helpful advise for you.
