Although, admittedly, this YouTube clip is depressing, it could help some people "explain" what having Lyme disease is like (even though it's different for everyone). You have to get through the first couple of minutes to "see" what life with Lyme is like.
So despite the video being depressing, I hope it helps someone who is having difficulty getting support from loved ones.
And I do believe there is hope, even though I do feel hopeless at times (usually during flares when I think I'm regressing). But I've made marked progress, although I still have a long road ahead of me. I do believe many of us can get better. There is hope.
