Haven't watched any day 5 topics yet - just thought some of the topics might be good for anyone here who's interested in listening.

This was so good! They are having an encore day today (all the speakers). I didn't get to hear all of them but focused on the key speakers and a few I was interested in. Well worth it. So much great info for lyme patients.

Thanks for listening, Catgirl and Lisa! And for posting about Encore Day, Catgirl - I'm changing the heading now - there's something here for everyone, so I strongly encourage any of you to look at the topics list and listen to some. I think the day cycle goes through to 9 or 10 am EST Tuesday.
I'd say the MTHFR one is too difficult to listen to - too much rapid science - took me a long time to get through it.
ANN LOUISE GITTLEMAN's talk was good, discussing the impact of bile in detoxing, which we don't usually hear much about.
Just listened to another one - gonna recommend it - SAYER JI's talk on heart health. Early on he found out that people could not make health claims about natural substances, like food and herbs,
so he developed the GreenMedInfo database website for 10 years and has indexed 1700 foods and herbs for health benefits per what scientific research shows.
That means we could look up anything there to read about the health benefits. He even said chocolate is good for heart health!
I learned a lot from this talk - it was just fun to hear why specific supplements are good for us.
Adding as I go here today - nutritionist TRUDY SCOTT's talk on amino acids is really good for mood issues -
neurotransmitters, using food to medicate, etc - she's going over the biochemistry and it's interesting, also with suggestions of what supplements to take. I think as we listen, we can tell whether it sounds like us or not.
