Anyone know how accurate this information is or more about the study?

I read it earlier today. VERY interesting. Not sure about the meds they may be proposing, but the rest was rather fascinating.

Makes sense to me, but I know nothing more than what this article says. Would look it up, but head is not feeling nice tonight. Maybe later.

Thanks for posting it.

They miss the mark in so many ways. They don't seem to understand that spirochetes can spring through tissue, even bone, etc. And, we've know for many years / decades that the lining of the blood vessels are greatly inflamed by lyme. ILADS has taught us that.

For decades, too, we've known how lyme evades immune detection: by going into other forms that antibiotics can't touch, etc. And that lyme "flips" the immune functions opposite of what might be expected. This is nothing new to ILADS LLMDs.

We've also know for decades that monotherapy with just one antiobiotic is not enough.

Some good points and things to wonder about for here but they really do miss the marks a lot. Over all, I would give this article a "D" for their lack of researching those articles that have for years been explaining intricate functions of lyme / TBD.

If they'd only talk to ILADS LLMDs, they could learn so much.
