Happy Holidays! Christmas is 2 weeks from today!!

We had some snow overnight. I got up and shoveled the driveway. Only took 15 minutes as there wasn't too much. More on the way this afternoon, so I may get a second chance to shovel tonight or tomorrow before work.

I like to get the driveway really clean as bitter cold temps are coming and I don't want to deal with ice as I go down to the mailbox.

I think my ear tube may have fallen out or is blocked. I will call ENT tomorrow, but getting an appointment before Christmas and working around my school schedule may be hard. Please pray I can get in soon. The ear tube is the only thing that makes the non working Eustachian tube bearable.

Am doing laundry and relaxing this afternoon. My knee is really complaining and unfortunately, my washer and dryer are downstairs. But, this too, shall pass.

Wishing you all a great week.

AK--keep up that exercise

LP--prayers for swift healing

Tutu--hope you have boundless energy and no scents to deal with

Thanks for starting this week's thread Hiker!

Sunday-Josh and I made it to the park and walked 1 3/4 mile. The park has a man-made lake that has black necked geese and white cranes in and around it. So much better than the view from the treadmill!

Other than that just threw together some mac and cheese with chopped broccoli for dinner. Mom brought leftover bratwurst and fried chicken so we'll have that.

I baked some Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated chocolate chip cookies for dessert as a surprise for Josh. He mentioned CC are his fav.

Yes....I'm undoing all the good we did with our walk.

It's a vicious cycle!

I'm here!

Had a busy day and I'm exhausted. Must get to bed ASAP!!

Overslept this morning but still made it to church on time. Got an extra 45 min of sleep! LoL

Went to our comedian friend's big Christmas show at 3pm. It was really nice. Very fun and also very heart-warming. I tried to get a video of the "12 Days of Christmas" but something happened to my camera. Oh well.

All the money went to several charities here in town. A young woman runs them. I think some of the money goes to an orphanage in Africa too.

Off to bed .. and to PT in the morning. My shoulder is finally making good progress. It's been 5 months since I started!

Please pray for my sister in law "Eve." She will have tests for her cancer this week.

Where are ya, kayak?

On my feet a lot today with kids doing a microscope lab. Ran an errand after dinner and am pooped.

Will be at school late tomorrow grading essays and projects. Poor planning on my part that they are all coming in at once. Then tests towards end of week to grade. Teaching would be a lot more fun without papers to grade. [Roll Eyes]

Glad your shoulder is making progress, Lymetoo.

AK--Bet getting outside to walk was a "breath of fresh air."

Kayak--hope to hear from you soon.

Monday-Yay! I went to the gym by myself for the first time in years! Overslept so missed Zumba but showed up around 4:45 and did my regular routine.

30 minutes on the Arc Trainer on weight loss level one setting. 10 minutes on the treadmill maxing out at 3.3 mph and 9 minutes on the rower. Also did my stretches and 3 sets of triceps extensions with the 5 lb weight.

I've lost so much muscle it'd be awesome if I could tone up my flab!

Keeping my fingers crossed..........

TuTu-Loved hearing about that orphanage! Wonderful that they'll benefit too. That's what Christmas means to me....giving, sharing and love!

Praying for Eve.......

Hiker-Josh would agree wholeheartedly about the paper grading. It's one of the things he sometimes works on at home.

Walking at the park reminds me of AK. Grown accustomed to the idea that I'm staying in the South because of family obligations. Since my older sister passed away 3 years ago I've had to be more responsible where my family is concerned.

See you all tomorrow!

Hi. I miss you. I came here last night cuz I was feeling lonely and beginning to get my mind ready to results of lymph node biopsy that will give info about if cancer spread and what the plan should be.

Last night however I got distracted by tutu s wonderful thread about mast cell. I guess its true about the teacher showing up when the student is ready. All this time...years.. Tutu has talked about it and it wasn't on my radar

Now I know 2 drugs I have taken for other things for 20 yrs or so have been keeping mast cells in check.

Mine seems to be pretty controlled with diet...those 2 meds for insomnia and reflux...and hiding from chemical and mold hits

I hope I will be able to figure out wats to get out and about in the future. The nurses that come here are all making me react. I figured out if I only let them in a few steps and have kitchen exhaust fan on high when they are here and then uses big fan to empty air after they leave it works. I don't react. I need to figure out how to do that say for church or our little theatre...

As far as surgery goes still minimum pain. Huge scar...I didn't realize how big my blobs were. There seems to be some fluid gathering but I will have nurse check today and I see doc Thursday

Tomorrow hospital care van is picking me up to take me to first braca appt. My mom had breast cancer and I have a daughter and grand daughter and two sisters and many nieces....so hopefully info will help them

I overdid yesterday chopping and freezing veggies the boys left so they wouldn't spoil

I'm going to rest a lot to say cuz have to go out so much next two days

Thank you for being my friends. I really feel like we re family

I think I need to change my lymenet name from Hiker53 to Slug53 Just can't get motivated to exercise after work.

I think my game plan is just to get through the work days prior to Christmas and then start exercising again over the holidays.

But I will still post here, since it looks like I will be shoveling snow again soon!

lp--Sounds like you are already doing a lot. When do you get your biopsy results. Will be saying prayers!

I can't get into the ENT until January 3. I will be okay until then if I don't have a lot of snow to shovel or have a lot of driving. Bending over bothers my ears and so does driving.

Had some snow this morning and everyone was sliding all over the roads. I dislike winter more and more each year!

Cold temperatures coming my way. Brr.

OH... I went out today at 1 pm to EXERCISE .. and barely got two car lengths and realized I had a flat tire. Very flat!!

It took 4 hours before I could drive my car again. Big fiasco getting someone to come help. We also found out that our SPARE was BLOWN!!

We bought this car used 4 years ago and never looked at the spare in the trunk. It was WILD looking! Thank goodness we weren't on the road without a spare when it went flat.

Doc called just as nurse arrived to tell me preliminary results were excellent. No cancer found in node....really really good news and not much found in other tissue but they have not gotten thru all tissue yet...so not totally in the clear. She said it might take quite awhile for them to get thru all my tissue cuz there was a lot. I have never in my life thought about these things...but definitely good news.

I watched a dish movie and read and watched some tv. I did too much yesterday and there is a lot of fluid under arms

I don't plan to do anything tomorrow except go to braca appt. I'm worried about how I will find clothes to go out in public. I still have the drains and weird lumpy bumps on my chest. I can wear baggie shirt and pants...not sure about coat

They are fore casting squall all say Thursday when I have doc appt. I'm very nervous about that and may postpone it

Tuesday-30 minutes on Arc Trainer, weight loss level one setting. 7 1\2 on the treadmill maxing out at 3.3 mph. 9 minutes on the rower, stretches and 3 sets of 8 reps triceps extensions with a 5 lb weight.

2 loads of laundry and errands. Also squeezed in my Christmas cards.

Kayak-So good to hear from you. Wonderful news that so far your biopsies are negative. I believe that's a reason to have a party! Yay!

Hiker-Don't beat yourself up! I didn't exercise for a long, long time due to exercise intolerance. Now I'm doing OK. You'll get back into the groove of things soon.

TuTu-We were selling brand new cars that didn't even have spare tire kits in them. Times sure have changed!

Well, gonna call it a night gang. I'm beat!

AK... I can't believe they don't have kits in them! It took 4 hours to get mine fixed because all the tow people were busy.

Our air compressor didn't work because the tire had separated from the rim. If we had been out in the middle of nowhere, it could have been 6 hours before we got help.

What am I overdoing? Idk why I'm getting yelled at

What a pain with the car tutu

My van is 2 yrs old and has something in a bag for a spare...but I think we have to blow it up or something. Many things I used to do I just have to call for help for now

The gene thing was ruff. Really nice guy picked me up in hospital van and I had a mask on and my rescue stuff with me but the stink in the van was overwhelming. My mouth was tingling underneath. Then many communication problems I ended up crying. I went thru with interview and let them draw blood but idk if insurance will pay. I know I'm already pass ting 329. And if they plan to charge me more I have to approve it. By the time I got home the van smell had permeated clothes and hair. This is really debilitating. In not sure how to live with this

I'm super tired. Played with Etta a little and ate and think I will fall asleep early.

Very worried about tomorrows snow squalls is. News made a big deal about it again. It would be ok if it was easy to pull off road if it happened but it isn't. I tried to postpone and she said no...drains must come out. So I plan to go an hour early and watch the radar. Once I get home tomorrow I will collapse. And then think about how to change meds around. Last night I felt withdrawal for first time

I'm really tired. You are killing it ak. I don't know much about those machines. Hiker...I hope you don't have to shovel much and kids are good. Tutu...do you leave Christmas say?

LP-So happy to hear lymph node biopsy showed no cancer.

Ak--rock on.

Tutu--Even though my spare tire is fine, the last time I got a flat I had to had someone put the spare on. Am too weak to loosen the lugnuts.

Went to church tonight. Communion service was from the 1500's--old English. Soup served afterwards was delicious.

So cold here already--wind chills getting to 15 below zero. Going to be hard to get up and get ready for work tomorrow.

Wednesday-Hi everyone! I made it through my first Zumba class! It was so fun! I kept laughing at myself because some of the moves I just couldn't figure out. There was only 5 of us ladies and the young instructor. I'm definitely going to keep it up as an alternative to my regular routine.

TuTu-The lack of tire kits in the new cars really made me question the company. Customers had to order and pay for one. I don't know if that's standard practice now or not.

Kayak-Sending you a big hug! ((U)) I'm doing Stinging Nettle loose tea and Bacopa Monnieri pills to help with my MCAS. It gets tough at times.

Anyways...back to the Happy Feet movie!

AK .. Which company again?? KIA?

We can't really change a tire ourselves either...but the deal is that we almost had to have it TOWED in order to get the tire fixed. I had to ASK the guy to bring an air compressor.

They said they don't always carry one.. heard that TWICE yesterday! So dumb! We had an air compressor but it was not effective. The tire was somehow separated from the rim and wouldn't hold air very well.

The tow truck guy followed hubby to the tire place to make sure the tire wouldn't go flat before he got there.

So.. we really do need a spare at times so we can get to a place to fix the tire.

I looked on ebay and found one for about $100 .. so we will check the local junkyard too.

kayak.. I was fussing at you about this:

"I did too much yesterday and there is a lot of fluid under arms." ... You told on yourself! [Big Grin]

Your day sounded horrible .. I sure hope the snow holds off tomorrow for you. I'll pray for that!!

Kayak.. are you taking probiotics now? Part of the MCAS involves gut healing. Maybe your gut is a mess?? I know mine is.

hiker.. One time while in college (Christian school) we had a service where we stood the whole time. All the chairs were moved aside and we stood shoulder to shoulder as they did in the olden days. (Renaissance times??)

It was really pretty cool.. very close feeling standing next to each other.

I got my Christmas tree up last night. I almost decided I was too tired to even do one this year. It was getting "late" to even bother with it.

Somehow I got motivated and we accidentally brought in the wrong tree. (I have two 4ft ones) .. This one was a bit smaller and the tree skirt wasn't in the box so I knew it was the wrong one.

I went back out and got the second one, then decided to just put both of them up since I have too many ornaments for one tree anyway.

I found some sparkly red bows and sparkly red garland at WalMart and it turned out so pretty! I've always had red bows on my trees, but they were velvety. Those are worn out and falling apart, so I'm really happy with the new ones.

It's the little things, right? [Smile]

I'm going to a "coffee" in the morning and we will exchange Christmas ornaments. So I guess I'll have a new one tomorrow. I found a really cute one to take along. It looks like a candy cane tree. Hard to explain, but it's really cute. Found it at WalMart too.

I'm watching the Spurs tonight. They better win!! They are 19-5 this year.

Oh.. I went to PT today and I keep getting pains in my neck and head. I was going to go back later for him to get me out of pain, but he was closed for lunch. I decided to wait until tomorrow. Maybe it will be better then.

Graded papers and then got a haircut.

I use my smartphone to track my steps and miles walking. Probably not super accurate, but I do walk a mile each day just at work.

Off to fix dinner.

Hi. Ok tutu. I think I said that cuz I chopped and cooked veggies the boys left so they wouldn't spoil

I am so cold. When I got home from surgeon I fell asleep...well first I aired out house and ate. Then I fell asleep. House went down to 56 when I aired it out and its still pretty cold. Its 14 outside going down to 19 below with 30-45 mph winds

I probably shouldn't have aired out house

I talked to my oldest son before leaving for doc cuz I was really nervous about squall.s forecast. He agreed with most of what I planned so I did that. I left really early and got there 1.5 hrs early. So I went to beach. It was beautiful to look at but air wasn't great...but still it calmed me down to look and I wrote my questions for doc

She could only take one drain out so I have To go back next week for other one. I was able to tell her hardly had any pain and she was happy and said most ppl have a lot more pain.

I don't understand her explanation of why I look so weird and uneven under incision but she said insurance would pay for plastic surgery to fix that even if I didn't want reconstruction but not for a few weeks...so that kinda throws schedule off for getting knee shoulder and back done. Knee is very painful got a 3 dat relief from ortho pain until surgery meds wore off. Now its all back

When I walked out of doc it was the middle of a squall so I sat in van til it stopped. Then when I began to drive tire light came on...I found a dodge place and they were really nice and fixed it for free and I got home...slick and windy tho...but van did pretty good. I really don't like going out in weather like that any more. Thermometer says its 68 now. I have my geese on and 2 throws(and etta) and my feet still fill like ice cubes

I bcc e got space heaters near bath plumbing. Hope all goes well

Ty hiker...me too! (Glad biopsy neg)

A k I'm reading so much about mast cell but its still kinda a blur. I have read about bacopa but don't remember what it does

I am changing meds tonight. I added 200 mg ibuprofen to see if I react. I will up that and hope it puts a dent in arthritis pain. I'm also adding fish and flax oil circuit and resveratrol...but very slowly. I need pain relief but don't want to be more reactive. Curcumin and resveratrol are so good for so many things including preventing cancer. Funny how I'm so allergic to red wine but resveratrol never bothered me

Tutu I have not been having g i problems until surgery drugs made me constipated for 4 days and then a b x gave me diarrhea. I upped the mag citrate to get thinks moving. Then took 1 vsl3 for 3 days and I seem normal. I was thinking of taking one a week. Since I got over diverticulitis I've been ok in that department

Your trees sound pretty but not the head and neck pain. I have new head and neck pain like I have never had before. Xrays aren't that bad of neck. Doc said it could be posture but it started during time all the mast cell started and I have never had this before.. I don't like it but I'm not sure what to do about it

Well...I'm still freezing.. Stil 68 in here...I better check heater. Take care

Thursday-30 minutes on the Arc Trainer same level. Then did some yoga stretches with a couple of other ladies. The instructor wasn't there today so we were winging it.

Made a great salad topped with baked chicken and garlic bread for dinner tonight. Josh came by and we had a great time.

TuTu-Yes, I used to work at a Kia dealership. We have a manufacturing plant for Kia and Hyundai not to far away also.

A tow truck company that doesn't carry a compressor? What?!

BTW, your trees sound wonderful! We used to have the little velvet bows too. Now our tree is way to small for bows.

Hiker-Walking at work counts! Josh has a fitbit so he can track how many steps he walks a day. I can't believe all the walking he does on a regular work day. My last job I mainly sat on my rear all day long. I used to have problems with my lower legs swelling. Hopefully my next job is a little more active.

Kayak-Hi! Glad to see you posting! I've been having to take pain meds regularly lately. I take one and a half vicodin and a muscle relaxer (Soma) in the evening spaced out for a few hours. I cut them in half but still feel a little sickly from them. I drink the Stinging Nettle tea if I feel really bad.

Anyways, gang, I'm hoping the instructor will be at rehab tomorrow so I can try my 2nd attempt at Zumba. Wish me luck!

[hi]

kayak .. please take at LEAST one VSL per week. You have to keep the histamine levels down.

I do hope you stay warm enough tonight! BRRR!!!

AK .. I know.. crazy about the air compressors. Two places told me they don't carry them. So nuts.

I gotta get to bed.

I woke up this morning and I was dizzy from the get-go. I think it was from all the pain in my head and neck area. (By the way, kayak, I hear the neck stuff is associated with MCAS too.. very strange) ...

So I missed the little party/coffee with the neighbors. I had my ornament all ready to go, so I called the friend and asked if someone would come by to get mine.

So someone stopped by for it and then later the hostess came by and brought some goodies and an ornament. It's a really pretty ball with Merry Christmas 2016 on it.

I had wanted to ask them about not using scented dryer sheets .. and had prepared papers of info for them. The lady that came to get my ornament took the papers for me. I wonder what they all thought about that!!??

Ok.. gotta go.. making my shoulder worse from typing. I need to ice it down too.

Going to energy healer this afternoon.

Snow and then freezing rain/sleet moving in but only going to be a high of 1 or 2 Sunday and well below zero Sunday night. (and have I have 7 AM dentist appointment Monday before work--brr)

Hope to my some sidewalk melt on driveway when I get home before the bad weather moves in.

So a k if you take Vicodin before bed are you ok to drive the next morning? I think that's why they were telling me not to drive

Ok tutu. Now I'm really confused. Taking vsl3 keeps histamine down? The only thing i remember about probiotics and histamine is to be really careful if you take probiotics. As if they are contra indicated or something. I wish there was a good doc I could go to. I can't open that file at all on the mast site. But I don't want to waste time and money either. If afrin is the best and it takes him a year or more to diagnose ppl how can other docs do it sooner? I'm reading the occam book. Is that really old? Maybe it doesn't take so long now. I read somewhere he wrote a 2nd book but I don't know title and can't find it anywhere. Do you know tutu?

I've been kinda drugged up and reading a lot of stuff and not taking notes. I'm pretty clear on high histamine food and drugs and so far its easy to do that. Hardest thing is not eating leftovers cuz I hate to cook whole meals everyday for one person.

I have rescue meds in house pocketbook and car and a bag with respirator when ever I go risky place

I am not clear about med protocols that will help keep histamine down or make mast cells behave tho. I know I will have to go back and reread and take notes...but in general how do ppl keep histamine low besides avoidance? A k ...you can answer that too

That's too bad you missed the party tutu...but I would consider that a risky place to go...more than one person...new living area...I have become pretty aware...no taking chances for me for now...I have enough health stuff to heal from!

I hear you hiker...it only went to 9 below last night...better than 14 below they forecast

I hope good things happen with energy healer

I have to read a post and come down to reply then go back and read another...pretty close to zero short term memory I think.

So I did get warm last night and fell asleep watching a cute Christmas movie with angels in it. I slept good but was sleepy this morning.

I had breakfast and called primary for more gabapentin cuz I have been taking double what she prescribed(she cut neurologists prescription to 1/3)

I'm taking extra so I don't need narcotic prescribed and I've been off that 24 hrs now but still have some restless legs. I'm really focussed on getting off it.

I spent time researching what I did last time. I have to order l-tyrosine and some minerals

After my puter time I fell asleep again and woke up at 2 and ate and went to get $ from atm for plow guy. We are getting 4-7 inches tonight. It usually warms up to snow so that's good

But I could tell Etta didn't want to go home yet so we picked up the gabapentin and went for a drive and ended up at this little local furniture place.

I ended up buying another recliner. Omg I hope I don't react to it. I've been pretty miserable with the one sleeping chair I have left. Its broken and way to low. Kills both knees every time I get up. But a recliner is the only position I can get away from back pain

I sat in the chair a long time. And every time the sales lady left me alone I stuck my nose in it and sniffed in a lot. No reaction. It wasn't top of the line stuff but the lady said the one I liked was the one they sell the most. After giving away 3 chairs I really need one more.

My oldest son wants to visit over new years with my grandson. His wife has been sick with lots of colds...she teaches 1st or 2nd I think. She probably won't come

So that was another reason I went ahead and bought the chair. It w as really cheap

So...hope for the best .

So I ended up having a busy say and I'm crashed now and all ready for plow guy

My cleaning lady is scheduled to come to but not sure if storm will change that

Talk soon!

New chair sounds great, LP.

Came out of energy healer's office to find the parking lot solid ice and my car encased in ice. Too a long time to clear the windshield. My driveway is a sheet of ice.

Thank goodness for my yak trax that I put on my shoes for traction.

Off to have dinner and rest.

Kayak .. I'm not sure about VSL .. I will need to look at the strains it has. Some raise histamine, some lower it. All I know is that we need a probio to keep our gut health good.

I'll be back later...

Probiotics ..

Sorry for the long break. My sister in law is "cancer free" but will likely have surgery in January. She is between a rock and a hard place with the cancer.

Nothing shows on the PET scan for now, but 70% chance of it returning and then it will be really bad due to the cancer's location.

I know it sounds weird, and the biopsy is not back yet. I think the Dr's know the cancer is just waiting to pounce again. It usually does.

That's all I know for now.

Friday-Sorry gang, super tired. Long day! 7:30 a.m. PT appointment this morning.

Therapist restricted my exercise so no more Arc Trainer because it's to similar to stair climbing. Treadmill max only 3.2 mph. Can do yoga and Zumba but only 30 minutes and can have no pain.

He stressed that I have a sprain of the SI joint and not to irritate it with too much exercise.

So did stretching, warm-up, weights for arms and 30 minutes of Zumba.

Sorry.....falling asleep. Night!

[sleepy]

Tutu--Will pray for your sister-in-law. So tough.

I have been out 4 times today to try and clear the ice from the driveway and sidewalk. Am running out of ice melt. Supposed to snow later and get below zero with high winds, so I wanted as much ice off as possible.

However, my shoulder already regrets the work I have done, so I had better back off. Last trip out will be when mail comes. Wish mailbox was by door and not on street.

Made chicken and a big pot of spaghetti sauce.

Wrapped Christmas packages and am doing some laundry. Need to chill out and just rest awhile.

My lovely friend, Lisa, did my grocery shopping last night when it was so slick. She has stuck with me through all this Lyme mess and we have been friends for over 30 years. Starting teaching at the same time although at different schools.

I am so blessed.

Tutu that is so sad. Right from the start I had trouble getting excited about being cancer free cuz really you're just cancer free until you're not. Last time I went from 6 wk check ups to 3 month check ups to 6 month check ups...but they didn't find it at any of those times...then I had a new pain and it kept getting worse so I told doc...with breast cancer there rarely is pain...and the pain doesn't seem to be where the cancer is...but it helped them find it so who knows.

I am more positive about it now that there was none in node or left breast. Pancreatic is one of the worst...if not the worst tho. Maybe there will be a miracle

Ty for antibiotic link. I will read it later.

AK I have trouble going slow too. My brother overdid it after his hip replacement and had to start or all over again at the beginning

Hiker my plow guy and shocker are here now. We got a good 6 inches of fluffy snow but its switching over to rain now so I'm glad he's here. They said pouring rain tomorrow and then quick freeze over...I wish I could just let the rain wash it away but I'm afraid of a flood...my doors are only about 6 inches up from ground

I am blessed also that my neighbor asks almost every weekend what I need when she shops

I woke up early and stayed up. I haven't been happy looking around at so many things that need to be done and not able to do them. I kinda rearranged some of kitchen counters so it's easier to reach things...it will probably be helpful for shoulder surgery too.

I'm still having a real hard time getting thru piles on diningriom table. It seems I can't do things like that no matter how hard I try unless my brain is in the right place. When it is its really easy.

Organizer lady never came cuz of snow. I watched that Meryl Streep movie and cooked beets and broccoli

I'm debating if I should ask shocker to help me slide recliner on to hand truck so I can bring it inside

Well I hope everyone catches up on rest

I'm heading over to masto site to learn more stuff. It would be great if there was a pill to take that would make me not react to smells

Saturday-Just some grocery shopping at the commissary and German market. Mom actually cooked dinner and did the dishes! I helped with prep work but she did all the rest. I am so blessed!

Josh came over and we watched some pranks on YouTube. Had a wonderful day.

TuTu-I suffer from frequent headaches and constant neck pain. Part of my therapy is for my neck. I was really dumb last night and went out for drinks and dinner. I ended up with a bad headache and have been flushing and sweating off and on today when I eat. Sheesh!

Am relieved to hear that Eve is cancer-free and hoping that she'll continue to be. It must be very scary for her and all of you.

Kayak-Hi there! I don't seem to have problems with Vicodin or Soma. I usually feel horrible the next day and can barely function but my MCAS protocol seems to have changed my reaction to those meds.

To lower my histamine levels I'm taking a holistic approach for now. I'm taking Bacopa Monieri 2 x a day and drinking loose Stinging Nettle tea that's steeped for 20 minutes. I was taking Quercetin but have been out. I'm looking into Ayurvedic herbs Albizzia Lebbeck and Pushkar Moola which are supposed to be superior, so we'll see.

Hiker-I sure don't miss all the ice in AK! I don't mind snow at all, it's the ice that's a killer. I had to learn to kinda glide on the ice instead of picking up my feet like I'd usually do. My Mom commented that I walked like a cowgirl my first time home. Took me quite awhile NOT to 'glide' around.

You are truly blessed to have such a long time wonderful friend! I have one friend that I've known since I was 19. So if I'm counting right, that puts us at 37 years. Gosh.....am I old!

P.S. Kayak, I liked Shocker much better! Really put my imagination to work!

You guys are awesome! See you all tomorrow!

[hi]
