Great for neuro but too much can lead to cardio issues as well as anxiety and spasms. Be careful.

Genetics also determine which B12 YOUR body needs. In my situation, I had been taking the wrong B12 (methyl B12) for years and it was bad for my genetic makeup.
For my neurotransmitter levels I needed Hydroxy B12 which is known as hydroxycobalamin.
