Question is, with this lawsuit going on and the recent change.... If they win that lawsuit down in Texas.... How many of us will have our case now against the CDC/IDSA and Insurance Companies.
There's probably hundreds of thousands of us who were denied treatment... I kept all my paperwork...
I was denied IV antibiotics, multiple rounds of oral antibiotics, etc.... Misdiagnosed and mistreated at upwards of 10 hospitals.
If everyone follows suit, this could very well bankrupt quite a few insurance companies and organizations.... That's my thinking on the topic....

David vs Goliath
All eyes are watching the outcome of this case. The wheels of justice move slow.
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal (now senator from Connecticut) tried similar case in 2010/2011
If successful, Lyme Disease will be the GOLD standard in which future generations will all benefit from.
