Thanks TuTu for getting us going!
Wow, I busted butt today! Pelvic floor exercises then washed my car. After that trimmed bushes, raked, bagged and weed popped for a couple hours and topped it off with sprinkling the lawn with fire ant bait.
Beautiful warm day and I enjoyed talking with a friend today too while taking a break outside.
See everyone tomorrow!

AK--Some days I go gang busters and then I go bust!
Went to a union recognition party for retirement. Received a $30 Target gift card and a pink geranium. Very nice.
I did not indulge in the free margaritas.
Although kids might get better grades on their essays that I have to grade tonight if I had indulged. lol

Hot and humid here, so I bet AK is roasting.
Went to my regular chiropractor after work for an adjustment.
She is next to another chiropractor where I buy some of my supplements. Stopped in there and got energy tested for a few supplements.
That chiro agreed with energy healer that nanozeolite was not good for me. He agreed with all my other supplements (some of which he does not sell) and suggested I up my zinc a bit. He he is in 70's and is a kind man. Told me to stop in any time to get tested.
Not exercising today. A bit toxic and the adjustment will release more toxins.

Taking it easy today. Found out my functional medicine chiro passed away this past Dec. Saw his obit online. He was only 61! I went over to the office but it's locked up. Need to send his wife a sympathy card. They were a lovely couple who worked together.
So....need to see what kind of zinc you guys are taking. I'm thinking of glycinate or oratate forms.
Later gang!

Ak--Sorry to hear bout your chiro. I know you held him in high esteem and he really helped you. Bizarre that my energy healer passes away and now he has passed away.
I take Metagenics Zinc A.G. in tablet form. It is a combination of zinc arginate and zinc glycinate, I take 40 mg per day which is a pretty high amount, but when I only took 20 mg per day I didn't feel as good.
No exercise today except to drag the hoses around the yard to water and now it looks like rain. We do need the rain, so not complaining.
Got a lot done at work. Graded writing journals and Bat Ecology Board games.

Long day at work. Kids were fine, though.
Teacher replacing me came by. She is an experienced teacher and actually used to teach at our school. Spent a lot of time with her.
Dragged the hoses out to water. Promised rain never materialized.
It is in the mid80's and humid. I know for southerners that is nothing, but that is hot for May here. Turned AC on again.

I'm roasting down here! Mom likes the air set to 80° so I've GOT to lose weight so I'll be comfortable.
I watered the lawn today and ran to the med clinic for another urine test.
They called yesterday and said I had blood in my urine from what....2 months ago or so? Well, I shouldn't complain, they do charge me based on income.
Anyways I'm not to worried about it. Think it's either from menopause or the pelvic exam with the cheap plastic speculum.
Hope everyone has a relaxing evening!

Wow, AK. 80 inside would kill me. We keep it at 73 during the day and 72 at night. I prefer 71 at night .. usually have to set it lower once summer kicks in full time.
Went to a great show Thursday morning with my friend from church. It was great fun and we even had a special celebrity sing a song for us.
Also met a new friend who bought the ticket I had for my other church friend. My friend Sandy had hurt her back and couldn't go. So another person from our group bought the ticket.
She is new in town and is coming to our church this Sunday. Win Win!!
Also went to an OCC meeting last night. I was pretty tired but got good rest last night. I hope everyone else did too!

Then went to regular grocery store.
Used grass trimmer around fence etc. Waiting for Kyle to come mow. Hope he didn't forget.

Hi. Its been awhile. I just read all the posts this week. I guess no awful things so that is good
It is strange about the two practioners dying. This couldn't be related to what is happening all around country is it? I never know if those reports are real or not...or what the whole story is
And as usual a.k. hard to believe how much work you do
Hiker was the party for just you or everyone retiring this year?
Tutu...hope you are tired from too much playing and nothing is wrong
So much has happened I probably won't remember. I 'll try to say a few things and if you want to ask me questions maybe it will jog my memory
Today I probably should have cleaned house and made g f **** ins but I decided to take a play day since I did manage to get to impt workers comp appt and that was goal for this week.
I drive the hour on back roads to pick up my 20 baby trees.
Beautiful day. 20 trees for $20. From state run nursery. I expected them to be 6 inches tall like last time but they are way bigger. Some 2 feet tall!
10 paper birch and 10 sugar maples. Last time I ended up with 1 out of 15 paper birch.I gave a bunch a way thinking 15 was too many but then all mine died except 1. So I'm going to plant all 10 of them. In the wild they grow in groves and I have always loved them
Sugar maples get huge. I think the most this property can handle is 3. 1 in front and 2 in. Back. my kids own a total of 5 houses so probably they will take some of the sugar maples. They are cheap so you have to buy a minimum of 20. The sugar maples are prettiest of all trees in the fall
Then yesterday I woke up very sore from doc appt Day before. Had to hussle to get to hair appt. Its all gone...I 'll text pics. My hair dresser is really excellent and we connected really fast so even tho I see her about 2x a year we never stop talking. She uses as non toxic as possible and is very good at what she does.
If I was still on miralax I might have reacted. But it didn't bother me at all. I had my maskfor the smelly part.but really didn't need it. She rinsed me really good and hardly smell it....she said if it isnt rinsed good...the relaxer seals the leftover smell in...
It feels good and isn't as shocking as first time I did It 2 yrs ago. I'm shocked at how much grey. But I won't color it. She says color chemicals are much more toxic
Wed was doc appt and I think I texted you trip was hard. office was nasty. But doc was wonderful
Today I talked with lawyer aide and it will be 2 weeks before we know next step. I hate lawyer stuff
So...I don't remember Mon and tues but I know I was getting ready for doc appt
I'm still having itchy problems. Found 2 ticks...not related to itchy. Still trying to sort out
Cancer doc Monday and etta haircut tues...and gi doc about bleeding but I'm not sure when....
I had a lot of extra walking and lifting for exercise...but I think it was more abusive than helpful. I'm glad this week is over

Yeah....better watch out for those g f m****ns!
Just a cooking day, fried potatoes, eggs and bacon for brunch and fried rice for dinner.
Went to the Tea and Symphony at the library with a friend and enjoyed modern compositions played on an alto sax. Really different sounds coming from the sax and thought it was amazing.
Oh, I did my pelvic floor exercises with my mail order weights. Still tickles me to think about it!
Hiker-Wish I could buy more organic produce. My Mom doesn't understand the difference but I sure can tell by the taste.
TuTu-Fun going with a friend! I enjoy doing a lot of different things usually solo, so it's a treat when I go with someone. I'm a little more introverted since my divorce and sometimes have to make myself socialize instead of staying home and reading or watching a movie. I'd be perfectly happy to hibernate for a few months with some good books.
Kayak-I still don't know what happened to my FM chiro. When I do I'll post about it. I miss birch trees! I used to love the way the leaves would sound like rushing water when the wind would blow through them. We'd use thin sheets of bark to start fires. Josh has a beautiful Japanese maple in his front yard. Oh....and I know exactly what you mean about chores being abusive instead of theraputic.
Anyways, hope everyone has a great evening!

Few chores around the house. Made GF muffins to freeze and take to mom next weekend.
Went into school for awhile.
Tried to go for a walk and 5 minutes in it started pouring. Just enough to make me turn around, but not enough to really give the plants a deep soak.
Going to be lazy now.

Pain just got Really bad and I realized I was 2 hrs late for night meds.
I hope they help so I don't have to go to er...but I will go if pain stays bad
I sat outside with Etta a lot today. I was able to get baby trees in temporary pots with dirt and water so they will be ok until I'm strong enough to get them in ground
I'm in detox bath now. Only saw 1 tick so far today...Etta scratched her back and it caught my eye. I brushed it off her...she's covered well for fleas ticks and mites but they have to bite her...then they die Before they can transmit
It sprinkled but never rained! I was counting on the rain.now I will have to water plants We are almost in drought. Hard to believe with all those storms but we have the fire warning up
I'm pretty tired. I'm in detox bath for another half hour. Hope I fall asleep soon after that
Ty all for prayers. When I thought it was a toothache I was really scared cuz its weekend. But once I figured out its probably tri gem I calmed down cuz I know what to do. Ty

Saturday-Luncheon with my Mom's Okinawan group. There were 4 of us in our 40s-50s that speak mainly English....so we had our own table. Enjoyed myself very much.
Later today I watered the lawn and washed my Mom's car. Didn't finish until dark and we still haven't eaten dinner!
We're supposed to get rain Tues or Wed. Sure hope we do!
Well, off to nuke some leftover fried rice!

I had minimal tri terminal neuralgia pain all day. I was mostly off line.
Tonight when I went online to check in I realized pain immediately came back and increased the longer I was online. When I stopped to wash dishes and do laundry pain went away
As soon as I.picked up phone it started again
So I think I may have to make some major changes about online time
Birdmites.com describes wha t has been going on with me the last few weeks. Some of sx both Etta and I have had for a long time. I thought she was cleaning her feet...yay! But she is so ocd about it at night it suggests mites
My sx were labeled periferal neuropathy from lyme
Ok. Gonna try to sleep. Only 4 hrs til dawn when mites stop biting. I took a gabapentin too
But I'm ok if not online. Have to figure this out
