QUOTE- "For over six decades reductionist approaches to cancer chemotherapies including recent immunotherapy for solid tumors produced outcome failure-rates of 90% (±5) according to governmental agencies and industry.

Despite tremendous public and private funding and initial enthusiasm about missile-therapy for site-specific cancers, molecular targeting drugs for specific enzymes such as kinases or inhibitors of growth factor receptors, the outcomes are very bleak and disappointing."

[Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]

90% failure???

It's probably then more: because they measure success IF patient reaches 5 years of survival.

My aunt is fighting a metastasis from her breast cancer, more than 5 years ago.

She did radio AND chemio, and she is STILL DOING chemio, after years on it.

I don't know how she survives the chemio.

The tumors were growing while she was on strong chemio drugs,

.... then she added lots of alternative treatments,

...the tumors stabilized only AFTER she added alternative treatments,

the doctor lowered the chemio dose due to unbearable side effects,

the tumors still did not grow,

...but she still believes her doctor and is STILL taking chemio. Every single week!!!

I read many papers about liver cancers.

In her case, chemio drugs work 0%.
Show me one paper that proves that an old metastasis from the breast to the liver, multiple tumors, will work more than 0%.

There is NO PAPER saying that. All say: placebo, non placebo, with treatment, without treatment = same statistic results!!!

Why is her doctor still prescribing chemio drugs then?!!

they are very expensive! Health insurance may collapse this way.

They call that SCIENCE! [Eek!]

Chemotherapy doesn't kill cancer stem cells, so people usually die within 5 years.

Best to see Ty Bollinger's work, at his website, The Truth About Cancer. Lots of ways to stay alive with natural treatments addressing nutrition, immune boosting, detoxing, etc.

I watched all those episodes, Robin, thanks to you!

Tincup, thanks for the wishes.

My aunt is still mesmerized by white aprons, and their God-like treatments...

That is the big advantage with lyme patients: we know how bullsh... medicine can be, when dealing with CHRONIC illnesses.

My mother now got damaged by radioactive iodine treatment. She can barely walk now.

That is how they treat a hyperactive thyroid: with chemio drugs.

She got so weak, she can barely walk. And this is going on for already 2 months, I think. She doesn't even know what is she talking about, sometimes.

it damaged everything, her brain, her muscles...

And they still continue going to doctors to find a solution for the damage their treatment incurred.

I have to treat myself psychologically (with hypnosis-like treatment), not to be too angry with the medical system.

It makes me feel almost physical pain, so strong it affects me.

My parents spend all their savings in this bullsh.. medicine that will end up killing them.

I know - I lost my mom last year to conventional chemo cancer treatment. She trusted conventional doctors and that's what they were telling her to do.

Ty Bollinger lost 7 relatives to conventional cancer treatment. Chemo will treat cancer for some years, and then the cancer stem cells keep going and the person is too weak to fight. They're too weak to fight the treatment as it is.

Oncologists also get a 6% kickback from Medicare for using chemo drugs. I heard one treatment cost around 42K - that's $2500 back to the doctor. It's lucrative.

We need to investigate natural treatments that include nutrition, immune boosting and detoxing. The Truth About Cancer has info.

Brussels, we are different than our parents - they believe conventional doctors and we know to look more broadly. So I'm sorry, but the people who believe in conventional treatments do not listen to us and they are dying. People who look more broadly at their options have more of a chance to make it through or least longer.
