MDLab is one of the very oldest Lyme diagnostic labs. It has always been considered to be quite good -- although Igenex is more popular among Lyme patients, probably because Dr. Nick Harriss who started Igenex was known to spend a lot of time on the phone with Lyme patients who had questions, especially back when there weren't very many reliable internet resources about Lyme disease.

I thought the link I posted was excellent, but always trust people here to know the real story.

I agree that Igenex is the best. Spent some time on the phone with Dr. Harris back in the day! His son who had severe Lyme disease as a youngster became a physician.
