Marz, try to find a local or state Lyme support group, that has a private Facebook group.
In my Lyme support group we have 150 active members with a lot of activity. I will tell you there can be differences in Lyme support groups.
Some groups can be all about activism, some can be all Traditional medicine for Lyme & co and some groups like my own are more Alternative/Functional medicine oriented and not about beating activism drum but helping folks come up with solutions to getting better. My group does have a "search" feature, so one can look for posts about specific topics.
So you would want to join group that you fit into. With private groups, you would need to be asked a couple questions for admin to accept you into the group.

Lymenet has it all - referral, discussion and archived threads with lots of info.
Facebook groups are by topic and region. You can find your state or local groups if they exist. Sometimes local Lyme support groups have a private facebook group.
