Time for another week of exercising.

Walking, shoveling, laundry, cleaning, weight lifting and dancing--almost everything counts.

So, tells us about your movement this week! [Smile]

Or just tell us about your day.

Have a super week. [hi]

The sun poked through the clouds today to start to melt the snow. Hurrah!

I did my shoulder exercises.

I also did a little bit of cooking and a load of laundry.

AK--did you have fun dancing the night away last night?

HI, hiker!!

I had a short night last night, so the morning at church was very long. My stomach hurt too, but I managed to go eat lunch with hubby.

Came home and put a load of clothes in the wash, then took a nap.

Had supper and here we are.

A day of excitement. LOL

AK .. have you come up for air yet??

Went to Kroger and library this morning.

Managed a short walk outside with my trekking poles and also did my balance exercises.

Spent a long time on hold with insurance company and old phone provider (who owes me money). Now I have another splitting headache. [bonk]

Need to get garbage to curb and recycle and then it is reading time.

Tutu--hopefully you will begin feeling better and able to move around more.

Today was shoulder exercise day. I am doing shoulder exercises 3-4 times per week and balance exercises 4 times per week usually on different days.

I went for a short walk outside. Very dreary here with no sunshine, but it feels good to get outside. I did part of the walk without using my trekking poles and the rest with the poles.

Went to Farm and Fleet to get a new bird feeder and suet to fill it. I bought 4 kinds of suet and have to store it in the fridge or it will go bad. So, my fridge has mealworm suet in it. Yum! [Big Grin]

Be careful what might jump out of your fridge, Hiker!! LOL

Worked at marking the lines on the quilt for hand quilting it. I'm almost finished with it.

Asked my sister to help me put it in the quilt frame Thursday afternoon. Then I can plan a couple quilting parties to get it quilted.

Hubby made a sign for a customer who was having trouble with other people putting trash in his dumpster. The sign warns you may get fined for using his dumpster.

Freezing drizzle this morning. A glaze of ice.

I did my balance exercises.

Went grocery shopping this afternoon.

Am at chiropractor now.

AK—I understand you blew your shoes off dancing on your birthday.

Tutu--Do you have to do shoulder exercises at home?

I did all my shoulder exercises on my surgical shoulder and only stretching for my left shoulder. Both shoulders hurt and I am trying to calm down the left shoulder and then decide what to do about the surgical shoulder.

I did my balance exercises.

Walked outside with my trekking poles.

Went to church for some quiet time.

Now getting ready to be a couch potato.

Yeah, I haven't been very good about doing the exercises .. esp since I've been in so much pain. I really can't afford to make them worse.

PT made me do exercises last week that REALLY set them off. I will do some exercises tomorrow, I hope.

Went for traction this afternoon.

I had a busy day.

Started with the dentist. Happy to get a good report and get my teeth cleaned. Always hate going to the dentist, though.

I did range of motion exercises and stretches for shoulders but no resistance bands or weights.

I did my balance exercises--takes me about 30 minutes.

I went for a walk outside.

Washed my flannel sheets and remade my bed. Resisted temptation to jump into clean bedding. 🤣

Worked on my Bible study. My women's group starts up again on Thursday.

May watch some of the impeachment trial now. I have been watching a bit each day.

Ak--Have you gotten lost?

Today was an odds and ends type of day.

I did some cooking and baking.

Ran several loads of laundry.

Went to the library.

Did range of motion exercises for my shoulders. Pain is increasing. Checked with friends who had rotator cuff surgery and they said they did not continue their therapy exercises this long.

Will message the PT who rehabbed my shoulder and I think I need to go back to the orthopedic surgeon. So afraid he will say I need more surgery.

Off to read and ice the shoulders again.

I am so praying that your shoulder will be OK, hiker!!!! arrggghhh

I did a bit of shopping today. I bought some inexpensive earrings and a Germ Guardian for my bedroom. Believe it or not, I don't have a decent air purifier. I hope this one is OK.

OH .. and we also had choir this morning and went to lunch.

Tonight I'm starting on my Bible studies. I have one on Monday and another one on Tuesday. I haven't done either one!! EEK!!!

The one on Monday was supposed to be on Wed, but it got changed.

Haven't heard from AK or LP today. Hope both are OK.
